However, Paul Waddel faced challenges in expanding the city planning platform, prompting him to seek assistance from Flyaps for its redevelopment. Through close collaboration with UrbanSim, Flyaps provided a machine learning-ready solution utilizing microservices architecture, cloud technology, and a contemporary tech stack. As a result, the city planning platform is now utilized throughout the United States and internationally, with anticipated expansions in the US, Canada, and Australia. It offers scalability and customization options for various locations via independent development pathways.

AI-Driven Sneaker Marketplace with Smarter Listing

HypeClub

About the client: HypeClub is a retailer located in New York that specializes in rare sneakers and streetwear, showcasing leading brands such as Nike, Jordan, and Supreme. Challenge: The client sought to evolve a basic prototype into a fully operational iOS bidding and asking marketplace for rare sneakers, striving to compete with major players like GOAT and StockX. They encountered problems with inconsistent product images and descriptions, a poorly suited payment system, and the necessity to showcase better deals than their competitors. Solution: Flyaps implemented AI algorithms to improve product images and automatically generate comprehensive descriptions.
