Flowtale, a Danish AI company, has recently launched Flowform, an AI automation platform based on a straightforward principle: if you can describe it, we can automate it. Unlike typical automation tools that require detailed mapping of each step in advance, Flowform allows you to convey a process in simple language, provide it as a flow diagram, or capture it during a workshop. It then deconstructs this process into clearly defined sub-tasks and coordinates AI agents to carry it out seamlessly across your existing systems, much like an employee would. This leads to intelligent automation of tasks that traditional RPA has struggled with, such as reading and organizing documents, implementing business rules, making routing decisions, drafting communications, and escalating issues to humans only when necessary. Currently, Flowform is handling over 10,000 freight bookings for LEMAN with 87% automation and approximately 8 seconds per booking. It also manages live workflows for E3 Spedition, BHS Logistics, and H.P. Therkelsen, as well as extracts contract obligations using European Energy's Azure infrastructure. Customers typically reclaim 400–800 hours for each process and achieve return on investment within 3–6 months. Strategically, Flowform bridges the gap between ineffective generic LLM tools, which struggle with real business processes, and inflexible traditional automation that fails with any process changes. We provide businesses with the dependability of structured workflows while offering the flexibility of AI that comprehends straightforward language, all within their infrastructure and utilizing their data, with complete auditability.
