Jubiter

**About the Company:** Jubiter is an innovative technology firm operating in the cryptocurrency sector, providing a platform for digital asset management and a variety of services related to blockchain technology. **Assigned Task:** Our objective was to deliver a comprehensive range of services, which included recruiting .NET developers and UI/UX designers, overseeing all accounting and legal matters, managing HR functions, organizing the office environment, and coordinating team-building activities and corporate events. **Challenges in Completing the Task:** The main challenge was sourcing specialized talent. We needed to find experienced .NET developers and UI/UX designers who could fulfill Jubiter’s specific requirements in a competitive IT job market. Furthermore, managing the legal and accounting obligations for an international client while ensuring compliance with Ukrainian regulations added to the complexity. **Required Skills:** To fulfill this task, we required a team proficient in: - Recruitment and hiring for technical IT positions (especially .NET and UI/UX roles). - Understanding accounting and legal compliance with Ukrainian business and tax laws. - HR management, including professional development, team cohesion, and employee engagement. - Organizational and office management skills to create an efficient work environment. **Result:** The project spanned several months, during which we successfully recruited 7 .NET developers and 2 UI/UX designers who met Jubiter's high standards. The hiring process entailed evaluating numerous candidates to ensure both technical proficiency and cultural compatibility, resulting in the successful integration of professionals who positively impacted the company’s growth.

Recruitment for Developer and Billing Manager

ActionForce.Digital

The client, a digital marketing firm, needed to fill two critical roles—Backend Developer (PHP) and Billing Manager—within a limited timeframe. Utilizing effective recruitment methods, we implemented a thorough selection process and interviewed several candidates. We successfully filled both positions with the first candidates we introduced, which greatly decreased the time to hire and ensured the client was pleased with the quality of the new hires. This project demonstrates our capability to produce outstanding results under tight deadlines while upholding high standards in candidate evaluation.

Commpeak Recruitment & HR Management

Commpeak

Company Overview: Commpeak is a telecommunications firm that provides sophisticated VoIP solutions and voice communication services geared towards businesses, including call centers, resellers, and telecom service providers around the globe. Reason for Engagement: Commpeak reached out to us during its initial growth phase, when it had only two employees, seeking extensive recruitment assistance to quickly expand its workforce while maintaining proper HR, accounting, and legal compliance. Our Objective: Our mission was to help Commpeak increase its staff from 2 to 60 employees by recruiting for a variety of roles, including IT specialists (frontend and backend developers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps), content writers, marketing experts, sales personnel, and management. Additionally, we established internal HR functions by hiring and training an HR specialist while overseeing accounting, legal compliance, and office management. Challenges Faced: The swift expansion called for simultaneous recruitment across multiple departments, necessitating high standards for candidates to fulfill technical and cultural requirements. The lack of in-house HR expertise made it essential to implement effective practices during recruitment. Skills Required: Expertise in IT recruitment for positions like developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps. Recruitment for non-technical roles such as marketing, sales, and management. HR management skills, including training, team building, and developing internal processes. Knowledge of legal and accounting requirements to ensure compliance with Ukrainian laws. Strong organizational skills to foster a productive work environment. Outcomes: We successfully grew Commpeak’s team from 2 to 60 employees, sourcing 58 top-quality candidates for both technical and non-technical positions. We identified and trained an HR specialist to oversee internal HR operations and ensured smooth legal and accounting compliance, allowing Commpeak to concentrate on its growth trajectory.
