Company Overview: Commpeak is a telecommunications firm that provides sophisticated VoIP solutions and voice communication services geared towards businesses, including call centers, resellers, and telecom service providers around the globe. Reason for Engagement: Commpeak reached out to us during its initial growth phase, when it had only two employees, seeking extensive recruitment assistance to quickly expand its workforce while maintaining proper HR, accounting, and legal compliance. Our Objective: Our mission was to help Commpeak increase its staff from 2 to 60 employees by recruiting for a variety of roles, including IT specialists (frontend and backend developers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps), content writers, marketing experts, sales personnel, and management. Additionally, we established internal HR functions by hiring and training an HR specialist while overseeing accounting, legal compliance, and office management. Challenges Faced: The swift expansion called for simultaneous recruitment across multiple departments, necessitating high standards for candidates to fulfill technical and cultural requirements. The lack of in-house HR expertise made it essential to implement effective practices during recruitment. Skills Required: Expertise in IT recruitment for positions like developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps. Recruitment for non-technical roles such as marketing, sales, and management. HR management skills, including training, team building, and developing internal processes. Knowledge of legal and accounting requirements to ensure compliance with Ukrainian laws. Strong organizational skills to foster a productive work environment. Outcomes: We successfully grew Commpeak’s team from 2 to 60 employees, sourcing 58 top-quality candidates for both technical and non-technical positions. We identified and trained an HR specialist to oversee internal HR operations and ensured smooth legal and accounting compliance, allowing Commpeak to concentrate on its growth trajectory.
