FlashBox

FlashBox offers a same-day delivery service that is fast, affordable, and dependable for all types of businesses, starting at just $6 per parcel. Here's how it works: we pick up and deliver packages on the same day, with orders needing to be submitted before 11 a.m. Deliveries will occur between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. by our skilled drivers. For commercial addresses, deliveries are spread over two days, arriving the morning after pickup from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additionally, FlashBox Hubs can assist businesses that have fewer parcels than the minimum requirement for same-day pickups. By dropping off at any Hub location before 12 p.m., your parcels will be delivered the same evening at no additional charge. Key features include: - Flat-rate pricing: pay a single price per parcel starting at $6, regardless of size, weight, or destination, which also covers parcel insurance, delivery proof, signatures at drop-off, and two free delivery attempts. - Real-time tracking: customers receive updates throughout the delivery process via SMS and email and can track their driver’s location live on a map. - Customized tracking page: merchants can enhance customer loyalty and brand visibility by adding their logo to the tracking page. - Responsive customer support: Dedicated support staff based in Canada are available six days a week through chat, email, and phone.
