We were in need of a company to assist us with mobile app development, starting from the initial concept to the final product. We began our collaboration in June 2016, and it is ongoing. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What evidence can you provide to demonstrate the impact of this partnership? The app has been extremely successful, achieving the top position on Google Play with an average rating between 4.8 and 5. We've sold numerous tickets through the app, with over 5,000 downloads within the first 24 hours of launching the Android version. Our sales have increased as more fans prefer purchasing tickets through the app. We have accumulated over 1,000 reviews on Google Play. They met our deadlines and provided unique features that were not previously available, such as ticket purchases. The team consists of skilled professionals genuinely focused on understanding the needs of our fans and us as clients. They were adept at addressing backend issues within our club and finding solutions to make everything function smoothly. We maintained constant communication throughout, ensuring we were informed at every step. They are organized and consistently deliver on time. We communicated directly via Slack, allowing us to interact with developers and designers seamlessly. Overall, communication was effective, and the project manager did an excellent job of keeping us updated throughout the process.
