First Sight Films

We are Diego and Trista, a husband-and-wife video production duo based in St. Augustine since 2003. Our goal is straightforward: to narrate stories that link people, places, and the environment. Diego has shifted from a nursing career at Flagler Hospital to pursuing creative endeavors full-time, bringing a calm, focused demeanor to all of our shoots. Trista, who holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary Ecology from UF, contributes a background in science communication to every project, ensuring that your story is conveyed with clarity and purpose. We have had the honor of collaborating with various organizations that influence our community, including the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, Fort Mose Historic State Park, St. Johns County Government, and the St. Johns Cultural Council, among others.
