By refining audience segmentation, a placemaking strategy was implemented to enhance social hubs throughout the property. Unique neighborhoods were created to provide various ways to embrace The Del lifestyle, delivering top-notch style, entertainment, dining, and activities directly to guests. Thoughtfully designed, The Del offers something for everyone, giving multiple incentives for return visits. The Del’s identity has been updated to embody the timeless characteristics of this legendary destination, complemented by a classic, sun-kissed Southern California vibe. This identity is sophisticated, rooted in tradition, and aspirational, evoking the luxury of leisurely moments. It seamlessly transitions from a relaxed beach atmosphere to elegant settings, capturing the magnificence of the ocean, the sensation of the breeze, and the allure of the sand. A cohesive branding framework built on the iconic logo spans all sub-brands, marketing materials, and on-site signage. The property’s identity is vividly expressed through five distinct neighborhoods, each offering its own unique perspectives, accommodations, experiences, and visual elements that reflect The Del’s essence. In close partnership with the Hotel del Coronado Food & Beverage leadership team, innovative food and beverage concepts are introduced across the property, emphasizing the unique themes of each neighborhood. Every detail—from naming and positioning to aesthetics, tableware, branded merchandise, menu designs, uniforms, and guest experiences—has been thoughtfully reimagined within the comprehensive food and beverage strategy.

The campaign began with the creation of a creative system designed to showcase the festival's inaugural theme, which honors legendary performers from previous festivals while celebrating contemporary talent and highlighting the picturesque Monterey location. To generate buzz and connect with festival attendees, the campaign featured a wide array of branded materials and merchandise. A robust marketing strategy was implemented to enhance the overall festival experience. This included eye-catching street visuals and streaming previews, along with a carefully planned mix of outdoor and digital advertisements that showcased the sights, sounds, and atmosphere for jazz enthusiasts. Each advertisement was customized for its specific medium and audience, delivering compelling narratives that resonate. Informative signage, thematic navigation tools, and stage backdrops extended into the surrounding city, promoting the event while assisting both visitors and locals. Historical markers enhanced the coastal scenery, celebrating legendary performances from artists like Miles Davis and Mavis Staples, and directing fans to the festival's partnerships with initiatives such as Record Store Day. With four unique locations, over 1,500 services, and a highly customized approach, Canyon Ranch faced a complexity challenge: how to effectively convey the value of a transformative guest experience when each one is different. The Canyon Ranch website simplifies this overwhelming information to create clear user pathways toward informed wellness guidance. Emphasizing Canyon Ranch’s service-driven and purpose-focused philosophy, a tailored ecommerce booking process offers two options to address the complexity of choices. The first option, “Book Now,” narrows down offerings as selections are made and seamlessly connects users to the booking engine with their preferences pre-filled. The second option, “Find Your Path,” features a short survey that aligns the user’s intention with the most suitable offerings, prompting them to select a date and location. Both pathways include clear descriptions, engaging visuals, and helpful tooltips to ensure understanding. A customer service phone number is also readily available throughout the process for those needing extra assistance. Canyon Ranch’s mission is to guide individuals toward their best lives at every stage. To support current guests between visits and attract new ones, our agency created, named, and designed Well Stated—a platform for Canyon Ranch to share expert content and thought leadership while enhancing the site's overall SEO strategy.
