**BACKGROUND** Please provide an overview of your company and your role there. I am the Head of Business Development at Amity Global Business School in Pune, where we offer undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in BBA and MBA.
**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What prompted your company to engage FEELPIXEL? Our college was organizing one of the largest marathons in Pune, and we encountered issues with our website. Customers were having difficulties booking tickets smoothly.
**SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor? I learned about Feelpixel through a friend who recommended outsourcing our challenge to them, assuring me that their team would effectively enhance our marathon website.
**Project Overview** Please describe the project in detail and outline its stages. The project involved redesigning the website experience for both web and mobile platforms. The primary objective was to enhance clarity and ensure a seamless experience for all users, ultimately boosting ticket bookings.
**Team Involvement** How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their roles? Feelpixel assigned four team members to assist with this project: two UX Designers, one UI Designer, and one Project Manager.
**RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any results from the project that indicate progress or success? The results were quite beneficial for our marathon event. We conducted a survey with actual users regarding the new designs, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting that the design was engaging and user experience had improved significantly.
