About the Team

OUR STORY
Clients praised FASTSITE for their strong engagement and responsiveness throughout the project, often mentioning the personal connections they built with the team. They appreciated FASTSITE's professionalism and transparency, particularly valuing their clear budget presentations and direct communication, which contributed to smooth project workflows. Numerous projects resulted in significant, measurable outcomes, such as achieving ROI in just two weeks and high engagement rates, showcasing FASTSITE's capability in delivering tangible results. The company received accolades for its efficient project management, employing tools like shared drives, Microsoft Teams, and Discord to ensure effective communication and meet deadlines. Clients frequently commended FASTSITE's excellent UX/UI design skills, resulting in user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing websites across diverse projects, including e-commerce and gaming platforms. One client reported experiencing some functionality issues with their website; however, they acknowledged that these problems were partly due to their own ideas not turning out as planned, rather than being solely FASTSITE's responsibility. **BACKGROUND** CoopTech Hub is Poland's first center for platform cooperativism supported by PLZ Coop. Our mission is to foster a trust-based community through a digital reimagining of cooperativism, promoting global collaboration across various sectors while applying best practices locally. We provide technological and business support for cooperative and sustainable initiatives, offering tech products and services facilitated by our interdisciplinary team's expertise. Our offerings target local governments, cultural institutions, schools, NGOs, individual citizens, and businesses. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** We engaged FASTSITE for a digital transformation project with OPZZ, Poland's largest trade union confederation. The project aimed to design a legal assistance chatbot for both union and non-union members, along with a dedicated, multilingual website to implement across several platforms. **SOLUTION** FASTSITE was recommended to us by a chatbot expert and had prior experience with Tidio projects, leading us to select them for this specific task. However, after learning they also handled graphics, UX, and web design, we decided to engage them for the entire sub-project. The initial meetings focused on identifying our legal documentation needs and the design approach with the Tidio chatbot engine. FASTSITE then conducted workshops with union leaders and our team. They executed the project efficiently, employing user-friendly bug-fixing techniques, even for older union members, and ultimately delivered the chatbot with three language versions alongside the website www.pracujgodnie.pl. The Nadzieja chatbot is intricate, incorporating several advanced features that not all Tidio users may utilize. **TEAM COMPOSITION** Around four individuals were involved from FASTSITE, including board members and project managers. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Over three months, the chatbot was used by 45,500 people. The trade union adopted it as the default launching bot on their main website to enhance engagement, despite initial hesitations about the change. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** We utilized shared drives for collaboration, and their timeliness was satisfactory, with professional and clear communications via email. Overall, our experience was excellent. **IMPRESSION OF FASTSITE** FASTSITE maintained a straightforward approach, without trying to complicate matters which is a common practice among IT developers. Their professionalism stood out, as they did not attempt to outsmart us, which was refreshing. **AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT** In a smaller project like this one, it’s hard to identify areas for improvement. **BACKGROUND** I am the owner of a Sales Consulting firm that trains individuals in sales, management, and recruitment strategies. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** I hired FASTSITE for a comprehensive website development project, including graphic identity elements such as branding, key visuals, and templates. They also assisted in integrating the website into my sales funnel. **SOLUTION** FASTSITE was recommended by a colleague, and I had previously seen several of their projects. A critical factor for me was commencing the project with a UX workshop. During this session, we thoroughly discussed my needs and ideas, which FASTSITE transformed into an effective website solution. The project began with an inspirational workshop to create a logo and comprehensive brand identity. We recognized that our training and consulting business depended heavily on interpersonal relationships, thus crafting a brand strategy with a human touch was essential. We used a lion motif to symbolize various attitudes reflective of our company values. Subsequent phases included UX workshops, wireframing, UX prototyping, UI design, and custom web development using technologies such as WordPress (ACF), WooCommerce, PHP, CSS, HTML, and JS. The website facilitates training and consulting sales through an eCommerce platform with automated payments. **TEAM COMPOSITION** Four team members worked directly with me: Adam (Project Manager and Co-Founder), Ignacy (UX Analyst and Co-Founder), Hubert (Designer), and Paulina (WordPress Developer). They were highly responsive, understanding, and invested in our project. Even after completion, they continued to be a great support. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** The investment cost for the website was recouped within two weeks; I also met my quarterly goals in just one month. The results surpassed my expectations. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** Communication was excellent through emails, phone calls, and scheduled status meetings on Microsoft Teams. Additionally, the company used Teamwork Projects to manage tasks efficiently. **IMPRESSION OF FASTSITE** The personal relationship I developed with Adam and Ignacy during the partnership was remarkable. They genuinely cared about ensuring the final product met my expectations and served as an effective tool for my business. **AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT** There was nothing that needed improvement. **BACKGROUND** I am the owner of an online training platform aimed at helping esports athletes transition to professional levels. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** We needed FASTSITE to build our website. **SOLUTION** Having worked with another development company prior to engaging FASTSITE, we had initial sketches for our new website. They underwent a comprehensive onboarding process to understand our vision and brand. Our aim was to launch a user-friendly WordPress site for our coaching services while hosting online video courses, adopting a sleek design that would engage gamers. We planned to initially provide training for one game and gradually add more. However, we decided to pause until we had more comprehensive content, ensuring that both we and FASTSITE could deliver a fully realized product. **TEAM COMPOSITION** The team dynamics shifted with project phases, though we met their entire team at the outset. **CHOOSE FASTSITE** Initially, we did not select FASTSITE for cost reasons but ultimately decided to work with them as they demonstrated a clear understanding of our mission. **INVESTMENT** Our total investment was approximately $4,750. **ENGAGEMENT STATUS** The project spanned from February 2022 to May 2022. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** The website's design was outstanding. We experienced some functionality issues, but they stemmed from our ideas rather than FASTSITE's execution. Their assurances of speed did not concern us; we prioritized quality, which they achieved. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** FASTSITE met all deadlines without any delays as long as we delivered the required assets. We used Discord for communication. **IMPRESSION OF FASTSITE** Their swift execution did not compromise quality, and they fully grasped our vision. Their team comprised gamers who resonated with our objectives. **AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT** There was a slight language barrier requiring some clarifications, but we successfully navigated through this. **ADVICE FOR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS** Prepare real-life examples to share with FASTSITE, as this will facilitate smoother project execution. **BACKGROUND** I serve as the Product Lead at VidWe, a video ad network collaborating with major Polish media houses and digital agencies. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** We enlisted FASTSITE to create a landing page for our summer offer and static banner creatives for an autopromo campaign. To capture online attention, we aimed for unique creatives themed around spacecats along with a cohesive landing page. **SOLUTION** During our discussions, FASTSITE displayed enthusiasm for our unconventional project, leaving a positive impression. Their detailed and competitive proposal, coupled with a quick turnaround time, was critical as we needed the site implemented ASAP. The project commenced with an analysis workshop, producing a mockup that considered our target audience and defined business goals. The graphic design phase followed, resulting in a detailed design. The final phase involved building the landing page using essential web technologies. We had ongoing access to mockups, designs, and development environments across all project phases, enhancing our feedback exchange. **TEAM COMPOSITION** We collaborated with three team members: Ignacy (project lead), Hubert (graphic designer), and Adam (technical support). **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** The campaign targeted a narrow audience of digital media planners and generated 301,950 impressions on relevant websites, 1,082 clicks (CTR: 0.36%), and several quality leads that converted into closed deals. We received numerous positive messages through various channels. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** FASTSITE provided a detailed project proposal, including cost breakdown, deadlines, and requirements for each milestone. All workshops were conducted through Google Meet in a friendly atmosphere. We completed the project ahead of schedule and received the opportunity for post-project revisions. Communication tools included emails, video calls, and Figma. **IMPRESSION OF FASTSITE** FASTSITE's quick pace, flexibility, and professionalism are rare qualities that significantly enhanced our collaboration. **AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT** We were very satisfied with the collaboration and did not identify any issues. **BACKGROUND** I am the founder and CEO of "Studia na Horyzoncie," a Polish NGO that helps high school students navigate their academic paths, with teams in nine major cities across Poland. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** With the COVID pandemic halting our in-person conferences and events, we pivoted online to create a web app that would serve as a virtual conference platform. We aimed for university representatives to engage with high school students about their degree options while integrating with Zoom. Time was critical, as we sought to launch by June, before students made their degree choices. **SOLUTION** We conducted a swift search for potential vendors and chose FASTSITE for their combination of developers and superior UX designers. Their implementation plan matched our timeline needs. They designed the website architecture, integrated Zoom, and developed the backend with an efficient user database. All tasks proceeded smoothly, despite the complexities of Zoom integration. **TEAM COMPOSITION** Two co-founders of FASTSITE, Adam and Ignacy, collaborated with us throughout the project, remaining responsive and supportive even after the platform went live. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** The app was developed in just 2.5 weeks and effectively served over 20,000 users within the first two weeks, achieving high levels of user satisfaction and intuitive functionality. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** We communicated primarily through Messenger and held regular calls with Ignacy to maintain clarity on the development process and next steps. They displayed flexibility in accommodating minor changes throughout. **IMPRESSION OF FASTSITE** Their responsiveness and commitment stood out, making it clear they were willing to go above and beyond to deliver a high-quality app. **AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT** None identified. **BACKGROUND** I work for the Foundation for the Development of Warmia and Mazury, a non-profit organization managing EU funded projects primarily in the Education and Entertainment sectors. I oversee investment project coordination for the organization. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** We hired FASTSITE to design a website and web application for our project — "Center for Combining Education, Entertainment, and Rehabilitation." We required an effective website for showcasing our facility and enabling service purchases, alongside an app supporting patient rehabilitation. **SOLUTION** We selected FASTSITE based on a recommendation from another organization. The work encompassed UI/UX mockups, graphic design, frontend and backend development. They created a robust CMS panel with dedicated solutions and security tailored to our project. **TEAM COMPOSITION** The team consisted of three members: the company owner, a graphic designer, and a front and back developer. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Our website attracted over 800,000 visitors. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** We held meetings every two days to track progress according to our set schedule. **IMPRESSION OF FASTSITE** We were impressed by their speed and efficiency. **AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT** None identified. **BACKGROUND** I co-founded a game development studio. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** We sought FASTSITE’s assistance to build our company’s inaugural website and develop brand concepts. **SOLUTION** Having prior connections through previous projects and university, we chose to work with them. The project involved creating concepts, mock-ups, and wireframes, followed by building a responsive WordPress-based website as per our specifications. **TEAM COMPOSITION** 3-4 individuals from their team collaborated with us. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** The outcome met our expectations, helping us achieve the metrics we aimed for. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** Their management style was communicative and transparent, utilizing email and Microsoft Teams for coordination. **IMPRESSION OF FASTSITE** They truly prioritized customer needs. **AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT** Some visual and graphic aspects needed updating to align with current trends.
