ABOUT FANNIT

Inspiring Growth Online

Drawing from our extensive experience in SEO, we assist in optimizing sales and marketing systems, enabling businesses to achieve new heights of growth! We are entrepreneurs supporting fellow entrepreneurs. In 2008, the economic recession severely impacted small business owners nationwide, including New Life Rockeries, owned by Neil Eneix Sr. Facing overwhelming debt and tough decisions, the outlook for the small landscaping company was bleak. To help their family regain financial stability, Neil's eldest sons, Keith and Neil Eneix, launched a small SEO venture aimed at alleviating their family's financial burden. Through dedication, hard work, and innovative marketing and sales strategies, Neil Eneix Sr. revitalized B&D Rockeries and laid the groundwork for what would eventually evolve into our comprehensive marketing agency, Fannit! Our mission has remained consistent since 2008: we are entrepreneurs aiding fellow entrepreneurs. With our rich expertise in digital marketing, we optimize sales and marketing processes to help businesses achieve unprecedented growth. We focus on assisting local service companies in scaling from zero to millions in revenue with our unique, proven strategies designed to boost your income, enhance your freedom, and strengthen your local reputation. Established in Seattle and recognized as a TOP Agency Award winner - The Fannit Team.

The Jones Firm - Local SEO, Website

The Jones Firm Personal Injury Attorney

300% Increase in Online Leads Dax Jones represents a new generation of personal injury lawyers. Operating primarily from Bellevue, we have successfully generated highly qualified leads and achieved a strong monthly return on investment for his marketing initiatives. The Challenge Prior to engaging with Fannit’s Law Firm marketing services, the Jones Firm was experiencing a consistent drop in website traffic due to a penalty imposed by Google. The owner was allocating a large portion of their marketing budget to ineffective radio and local listings advertising that failed to attract visitors. Furthermore, the few visitors who did arrive at their website were not interacting with it and quickly left without engaging. The Solution As seasoned SEO experts, the Fannit team is familiar with navigating various Google Algorithm Updates and penalties. This experience helped us identify the potential sources of the issues facing The Jones Firm. Successfully lifting the penalty was crucial for the revitalization of their site. Once the penalty was addressed, we delved into the website’s backend and executed local SEO strategies supported by thorough keyword research. Adhering to this disciplined approach over time has resulted in consistent positive outcomes for The Jones Firm, allowing them to thrive.

On the Go Moving & Storage - Local SEO, Website

On the Go Moving & Storage

On the Go Moving & Storage is a skilled moving company based in the greater Seattle area. We have had the distinct opportunity to collaborate with them as they expanded from a small operation with three trucks to a top-tier moving service boasting over 12 trucks and a large storage facility. The Challenge Before partnering with Fannit, Seattle Movers, known as On the Go Moving & Storage, aimed to identify the most effective marketing services for moving companies, particularly focusing on mover SEO. Their website conversions were low, leading to a limited number of leads generated online. By implementing a digital marketing strategy centered on local SEO niches, we were able to help On the Go Moving & Storage achieve positive returns on investment. The Solution Our greatest achievement in this partnership has been the ability to measure all of On the Go's marketing efforts and correlate them with their overall profitability. We take pride in the hard work and growth demonstrated by the team at On the Go.

Community Health Center - Local SEO, Website

Community Health Center of Snohomish

The Community Health Center of Snohomish County is a non-profit organization that provides primary medical, dental, and pharmacy services. Established in 1983, CHC aims to address the health care needs of county residents who encounter obstacles to accessing care. **The Challenge** Prior to collaborating with Fannit, a medical marketing agency, the Community Health Center of Snohomish County had an ineffective website that did not properly funnel leads into their client management software. Furthermore, their multiple locations throughout Snohomish County were not optimized for local searches. **The Solution** Fannit collaborated with the CHC team to enhance the local search optimization for each clinic based on the search behaviors of their target patients. This involved a thorough research phase to determine the most suitable topics and keywords for them to rank for, followed by creating a website that aligned with those themes. The process then focused on consistently applying internet marketing strategies while refining approaches every month. Additionally, Fannit collaborates with various sectors within the medical field.
