Kenty, a global wholesale distributor, needed assistance in optimizing its ordering processes and was looking for a reliable data management system. After conducting a comprehensive business analysis, we created a standalone platform based on Pimcore for managing business processes related to procurement, decision-making, and the distribution of retail goods. The solution involved establishing a centralized platform where all products, suppliers, and end buyers could be accessed, while facilitating internal communication through actions and workflows in Pimcore. This implementation enabled the Kenty team to greatly reduce document creation time, cutting it from four to five hours to just one click for generating documents such as sales and purchase orders. They can also effortlessly extract reports to Excel or view them in grid format on Pimcore, where they can monitor all relevant information about products, orders, and more. To assist users in managing product shipping through containers or pallets and better tracking costs, we set up a Pimcore-based logistics system. Additionally, we created a platform for end buyers to view and order products, complete with a notification system that alerts them of upcoming order due dates or new offers. As a result of implementing this independent business process management platform using Pimcore’s PIM, DAM, and MDM solutions, we have significantly reduced the Kenty team’s administrative and reporting workload, leading to streamlined business processes, improved data management, and an enhanced experience for end buyers.

Product Management solution for KNUTH

Knuth

Following sustained business growth, KNUTH required assistance with its product information management system. We streamlined and enhanced Knuth Machine Tools' product and data management workflows by creating and implementing a new PIM system, which allows them to effortlessly and intuitively handle over 120 product series. **Business Needs** As KNUTH expanded over the years, managing their products through two separate systems on the Magento website became increasingly complicated. To address this issue, KNUTH looked for a partner to help establish a single source of truth for their product data residing in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) system. Centralizing all product information would lead to improved efficiency, better control over accuracy and accessibility, as well as an overall smoother flow of information. With extensive experience in developing and executing complex digital solutions, particularly in data management, we recognized the steps needed to assist them. **Solution** We crafted an ideal solution to tackle KNUTH's business challenge: a tailored Product Information Management (PIM) system and Digital Asset Management (DAM) integrated with the APplus ERP system (by Asseco), all accessible from a single platform and powered by Pimcore. Our partnership continued beyond the initial setup; after successfully implementing the PIM and DAM along with ERP integration, the KNUTH team expressed interest in utilizing Pimcore's Content Management System (CMS) capabilities. This collaboration resulted in the development of an integrated PIM + DAM + CMS solution, effectively forming the Pimcore Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solution. Currently, the Pimcore DXP successfully supports KNUTH's entire online presence, and we are already planning for the third phase of the project. **Key Results:**

Meddox - A Medical Record-Keeping App

Meddox Digital is the first healthcare startup in Croatia, established in 2020 by three industry and management professionals. The company aims to offer a free and user-friendly medical record-keeping app. With the Meddox app, users can scan any printed medical record (currently limited to Croatian) using their phone camera or upload images or files directly from their devices. Users can easily review or edit information, search or filter for their original medical records, and share them with their doctors or other caregivers. Lab test data is presented with intuitive graphs that highlight high and low values, and recognized laboratory components come with corresponding values and reference ranges for better understanding. The Meddox app has gained nearly 12,000 users and is currently available on both the App Store and Google Play. The project is ongoing, with plans to incorporate new features; the system's modularity, flexibility, and scalability provide a strong foundation for future developments.
