Cico Mobilitate Urbana SRL

The Ciclo project represents a bike rental system that enables users to rent and ride bikes throughout the city, process payments for their journeys, and manage their accounts and ride history in a user-friendly manner. The content management system (CMS) portion of the project is utilized by Ciclo staff to oversee all administrative tasks associated with the service, including monitoring bike usage and managing payments as well as other operational aspects. With this comprehensive understanding, we aimed to provide the best possible solution. **The Challenge** The primary challenge for the Ciclo CMS was grasping the requirements of the mobility application and recognizing the complexities involved in managing such a project, which includes numerous dynamic elements and various stations globally. All stakeholders need access to top-tier tools that facilitate communication, team management, and coordination among technicians, bikes, and customers, all within a constantly changing environment that requires regular updates for clients and third parties alike. **The Solution** After collaborating closely with the Ciclo team to identify the project's needs, we developed a new solution designed to enable all participants in the cycling rental industry to operate as effectively as possible, whether they are technicians or end users. Real-time monitoring and accurate data provision are crucial components of the Ciclo system, so we ensured our solution addressed these needs. We leveraged cutting-edge technologies to achieve a quick development process while maintaining stability and speed, utilizing Ruby on Rails for the backend and Vue + Nuxt for the frontend. The final product met everyone’s expectations and left them satisfied.

Farmec AR Makeup Try On

Farmec SA

Farmec is Romania's largest cosmetics company, with which we have previously collaborated on multiple projects. With a substantial online and physical presence across the country, they continually aim to enhance their clients' experiences. In this project, they sought to modernize the makeup try-on process in their stores by creating an innovative digital mirror using an iOS tablet and augmented reality technology. We embraced the opportunity and, leveraging our past experience in augmented reality, successfully designed and developed an appealing and high-performance app. **The Challenge** Collaborating closely with Farmec to finalize the concept for the product, we applied our technical knowledge to meet the product owner's requirements. We needed to create an impressive app for a product that would be showcased in the Gerovital brand's physical stores, owned by Farmec. The app was designed to feature remarkable functionalities that would replace traditional makeup try-on methods while enhancing the in-store experience with suggestions, real-time inventory updates, and the ability to quickly try out various styles, along with several other engaging features. We incorporated 3D modeling and the latest AR trends to deliver a standout smart mirror. **The Solution** Next, we began developing the approved product concept. The designated Fabel team initiated the creation of a cutting-edge augmented reality iPad app, featuring a custom and visually appealing design. We applied the latest iOS development practices to achieve optimal results and utilized advanced 3D modeling tools for augmented reality. The development team ensured that the best practices in the AR industry were followed to provide an outstanding augmented reality experience. Everyone involved found working on the design and development of this project enjoyable, as it brings new and exciting experiences to an expanding customer base for a variety of cosmetic products.

SONEGID SRL

S-ON is a mobile application designed to enhance sexual and couple dynamics while also addressing both male and female sexual dysfunctions. It serves as a crucial resource for evaluating, testing, and addressing sexual disorders. This digital solution has shown its effectiveness in providing sex education and facilitating communication with sexual partners, all from the convenience of a smartphone, utilizing the internet, software, and advanced algorithms. The S-ON approach, created by qualified specialists, is a sophisticated, scientifically validated method for treating sexual dysfunctions and improving intimacy and couple relationships. The Challenge When the client approached Fabel with the concept of the therapy app, we recognized that our primary challenge would be to accurately comprehend and convey the vision of the specialists who developed the treatment algorithm. After understanding their intentions, our team of experts began working on the wireframing and design of the project. We took into consideration the perspectives of both the expert therapists and the end users, which gave us a clear idea of how the final product should look and function. We also acknowledged that the app would feature dynamic content that required updates via a custom content management system (CMS), so we initiated work on that from the outset. Additionally, we recognized the need for a landing page and marketing materials, all of which we delivered with excellent feedback. From that point on, we were in a race from development to launch. The Solution Collaborating with the S-ON team, we created an innovative concept aimed at addressing various sexual and relationship issues. This process involves a screening and evaluation phase where a diagnosis is made based on identified concerns. Once the diagnosis is complete, targeted treatments are algorithmically generated to address the recognized issues.
