Expertise Engineering

Expertise Engineering operates as an integrated engineering department rather than a typical consultant group, emphasizing collaboration as essential in product development. Our team consists of 12 to 15 engineers, including mechanical, electrical, and programming specialists, mirroring the engineering capacity of a $20 million company managing an active product line. We approach product design comprehensively, encompassing ideation, prototyping, thorough documentation, testing, tooling, manufacturing, and cost analysis. Over time, we've cultivated a skilled team with extensive shared experience, enabling us to efficiently engage with fields such as embedded systems, PCBA design, medical and consumer products, manufacturing automation, and component design.
