**Team Structure:** The project team consists of a Scrum Master, Product Owner, DevOps, Operations personnel, developers from the client side, an Exlrt Architect, a Team Lead, and two backend developers.

**Project Overview:** The ACI Payments Orchestration Platform delivers the technology and tools needed to integrate payments into a seamless customer experience. This comprehensive platform features a robust payment gateway, advanced real-time fraud detection, and sophisticated business intelligence capabilities, alongside access to a vast global payment network. ACI connects with over 300 acquirers and 100 wallet providers and enables payment configuration, tokenization, and reconciliation.
**Challenges:** The primary challenge faced was the steep learning curve associated with the project's size and complexity.
**Solutions:** To address this, the team implemented comprehensive onboarding training and ensured new members were involved early in the process.
**Project Category and Technologies:** This is a custom software development project for a payment platform, utilizing technologies and frameworks such as Java, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate, Hazelcast, CI/CD, Consul, Vault, Kubernetes, and Docker.
**Project Outcome:** The resulting payment platform integrates with over 500 acquirers and wallet providers, enabling configuration, tokenization, and reconciliation of payments through a single integration with an open RESTful API. This offers straightforward, cost-effective access to an extensive range of advanced eCommerce payment solutions, complete with unified reporting features via a business intelligence portal.
