Founded in 1992 by Karen Watt, Excel Personnel has grown from a local recruitment agency to a regional leader in talent acquisition across northern British Columbia, with branches in Kamloops, Kelowna, Prince George, and Terrace/Kitimat. Karen's extensive human resources expertise and passion for supporting local businesses have been the cornerstone of the company's success for over 31 years. The team includes dedicated professionals such as Joan Hannestad, Director of Finance with 30 years' experience; Beverley Proteau, Talent Acquisition Specialist for Prince George and Northern BC; Ashley Seitz, an engaging Team Administrator; and Cyrena Robinson, Executive Director of Talent & Operations, who drives innovation and maintains a people-first approach.
