About the Team
OUR STORY
EXCALIBUR Private Investigation, led by founder R. Lee Walters, operates across Florida, South Carolina, Colorado, and New Mexico. Lee brings over 24 years of FBI experience, having led investigations into complex fraud, public corruption, and high-stakes operations involving technical surveillance and undercover work. His background includes roles as a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI's Operational Technology Division and membership in elite units like the TacOps-Electronic Access Group and the National Art Crime Team. After his distinguished FBI career, Lee served as a Legal Investigator at Morgan & Morgan, collaborating with whistleblowers and federal authorities to recover millions in taxpayer funds. His extensive expertise, combined with his involvement in professional investigative associations, uniquely positions EXCALIBUR as a trusted partner in comprehensive investigative services.
