The goal was to ensure the quality implementation of the Google Workspace deployment for the client. This included addressing the schedule, activities, risks, and issues related to the project, as well as the necessary resources from both the partner and the customer to execute it. A comprehensive project worksheet, which included support links, a project plan, risks, issues, and status updates, was shared with the client. Data migration, encompassing emails, contacts, and calendar events, was successfully completed. Key tasks, such as adding a domain verification TXT record and updating MX, SPF, and DKIM records on the Go-live day, were also accomplished successfully. Additionally, email accounts were set up, and instructions were provided for connecting to Google Workspace with local Outlook clients and existing PST files, as well as for local Mac OS email clients. In terms of security measures, 2-Step Verification was implemented for all administrators, and custom alerts were established to notify of any suspicious login attempts. Furthermore, all Google service hostnames were whitelisted in the firewalls to reduce latency and connection issues. Change management tasks included live training sessions for both users and admins, as well as providing recorded sessions and a dedicated support contact for questions related to features. Any issues that arose during the Google Workspace go-live phase were addressed, which involved changing MX records to direct email traffic to the Google platform and establishing Google Workspace as the primary email service. Finally, post-deployment support included resolving any related issues, performing one-time administrative tasks like data backups and configuration changes (such as group creation and Vault configuration), and addressing basic user experience inquiries.

The goal was to ensure a high-quality implementation of Google Workspace for the client. This included managing the schedule, activities, risks, and issues related to the project, as well as coordinating with both partner and customer resources necessary for execution. A detailed project worksheet was provided to the client, which contained support links, a project plan, and updates on risks, issues, and overall status. The scope of data migration included emails, contacts, and calendar events, all of which were completed successfully. Change management efforts included live training for users and admins, as well as providing recorded resources and dedicated contact support for feature-related inquiries, and resolving any issues that arose during the Google Workspace launch phase. This phase included updating MX records to designate Google Workspace as the primary email service. Finally, post-deployment support was provided to address any Google Workspace-related issues, including performing one-time administrative tasks such as data backups, configuration adjustments like group creation, and Vault configuration changes, along with responding to basic user experience queries.

Zavvie faced the challenge of moving from on-premises to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), where ensuring data cleanliness and security was essential for the customer's cloud integration and Looker data visualization. Managing a diverse and high volume of data from various sources required meticulous cleaning, formatting, and maintaining data integrity to extract valuable insights, which proved to be a significant challenge. Continuous attention to data security and governance was also critical in this process. Evonence provided a holistic solution that began with data centralization, modeling, and cleaning. They created attractive Looker visualizations that could be embedded in the user interface via iframes. The team developed continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for smooth deployment of Looker visualizations. Through effective data processing, valuable insights were made available in Looker, empowering the business analyst and operations team to foster meaningful growth for customers. As a result of Evonence's expertise, the customer successfully achieved centralization and cleanliness of their data. Further collaboration led to efficient and secure management and deployment of code in Looker. Engaging visualizations and dashboards were implemented, including map coverage to cater to diverse audiences, allowing for informed, data-driven business decisions based on well-processed information.
