Before transitioning our products to Evolution Fulfillment, we had relied on two other warehouses to handle our third-party logistics. Both of these facilities were quite large, but at times we felt that they struggled to meet our service timelines, especially compared to larger brands due to the volume of our products. The other warehouses did not fulfill their commitment to process our inventory as promised; despite paying for 100% verification of all incoming items, we later discovered that only a fraction of them had actually been verified. We were also assured that our goods would be processed within specific timeframes, yet these timelines frequently fell short during peak seasons. Additionally, although we were told that staff would be available after hours and on weekends, this support was often lacking when we needed it. The main issue, however, was that the IT systems at the warehouses were not compatible with ours, and there was no plan in place to integrate them effectively, resulting in a lot of extra and duplicated work.
