Equivity provides virtual assistants who offer administrative, marketing, and paralegal services. Clients collaborate with a dedicated virtual assistant or a team of assistants, each possessing specialized expertise in their respective fields and holding a bachelor’s degree. All of Equivity’s virtual assistants are US-based employees rather than independent contractors, which enhances client service, accountability, and the ability to develop customized assistant teams. Additionally, Client Experience Managers offer further support to ensure that all client needs are addressed. Under the leadership of co-founders Eric Wall, a partner at an international law firm, and Heidi Hodges, a marketing specialist, Equivity’s team of experts works cohesively. Motivated by their experiences as busy working parents, Heidi and Eric founded Equivity in 2014 to assist other professionals and business owners in achieving their goals and enhancing their work-life balance. Over the years, the business has expanded significantly, adding services tailored to meet the marketing demands of businesses and the paralegal support requirements of law firms, along with administrative and personal assistant services.
