Nonetheless, their cooperative and transparent approach in such instances helps sustain client satisfaction. **BACKGROUND** I am a product manager at Khoj Information Technology, Inc., which delivers expert SAP technology solutions, cloud migration, and managed services to Fortune 500 clients while serving as an SAP silver partner, a Microsoft gold partner, and an AWS consulting partner. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** We engaged EonixTech Solutions to assist in the complete modernization and enhancement of our SMC/ATOM4INT platform, aiming to transition from a monolithic ASP.NET MVC structure to a contemporary, decoupled design utilizing React with Next.js for the frontend and .NET Core Web API for the backend. **SOLUTION** EonixTech Solutions oversaw the full-stack modernization of our SMC/ATOM4INT platform, which included migrating the existing ASP.NET MVC application to a decoupled architecture featuring a React/Next.js frontend and a .NET Core Web API backend. Their work encompassed modernization of critical SMC modules, such as the dashboard/home screen, various troubleshooting modules, handling failures, exception viewing, audit flow, reprocessing/discarded observations, cross-reference tables, interface onboarding, email template management, user access control, and more. The technological focus ranged from React and Next.js to .NET Core Web API, SQL Server, caching systems, and Azure integration. Their responsibilities also involved API development, frontend component creation, Progressive Web App (PWA) support, performance enhancements, and knowledge transfer, with the ultimate goal of making SMC/ATOM4INT more scalable, maintainable, responsive, secure, and AI-ready while maintaining backward compatibility and existing business logic. **TEAM COMPOSITION** We collaborated with a team of 2-5 members from EonixTech Solutions. **ENGAGEMENT STATUS** Our partnership spanned from November 2025 to May 2026. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Success has been largely quantified through achieved modernization milestones and functional deliverables. EonixTech Solutions successfully delivered the intended architecture, transitioned key modules to the new tech stack, enhanced API/database performance, and introduced features such as a redesigned dashboard and advanced filtering capabilities. The project has significantly modernized the platform, making it more scalable and mobile-friendly. From a project management perspective, EonixTech Solutions has managed the engagement effectively with regular communication, milestone tracking, and responsiveness to feedback. While some delays occurred—attributable both to them and our dependencies—they remained transparent and committed to proper completion. Overall, we were very satisfied with their delivery quality and the way they approached their responsibilities. **MOST IMPRESSIVE ASPECTS** EonixTech Solutions' ownership, adaptability, and collaborative nature stood out. They not only acted as a development vendor but also understood the broader vision behind the modernization effort, remaining flexible and focused on delivering quality outcomes.
