The project involved re-architecting and modernizing Paramit's outdated Manufacturing Execution System (MES). About the client: Paramit Corporation is a prominent manufacturer of intricate medical devices and life science instruments, operating in the U.S. and Malaysia. The company is known for its commitment to precision, quality, and innovation in its manufacturing processes. The challenge: The client was experiencing increased operational complexity and sought to modernize their legacy MES to accommodate rising production demands. The existing system was inflexible, lacked scalability, and did not comply with industry standards. Moreover, Paramit aimed to adopt the ISA-95 standard to facilitate better integration of their manufacturing operations with enterprise systems. The goal was to develop a flexible MES compatible with ISA-95, capable of scaling across various global locations while supporting intelligent automation, real-time visibility, and data-driven decision-making. The solution: To meet Paramit's intricate manufacturing and digital transformation requirements, Entirety Software appointed Stanislav Trystan, a skilled Senior .NET Engineer and Software Architect, to lead the MES development and modernization project. Stanislav was instrumental in designing, developing, and evolving the MES platform to align with the client’s operational objectives and ISA-95 standards. Collaborating closely with Paramit’s internal teams, he transformed manufacturing workflows into a modular and scalable system architecture, integrated intelligent automation, and introduced AI capabilities for process enhancement and better user experience.

Custom Patent Management System for IP Law company

ZESTAD - IP Law Company

We collaborated with a mid-sized intellectual property law firm in Ukraine to create a customized Patent Management System that streamlines portfolio tracking, patent upkeep, and client interactions. This system connects directly with the Ukrainian Patent Office and accommodates multiple languages and currencies, promoting accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The challenge stemmed from the client's use of disjointed systems and manual workflows, resulting in various issues. Our solution involved designing and deploying a centralized patent management platform specifically suited for Ukrainian IP law. The system retrieves real-time information from the Ukrainian Patent Office, efficiently manages renewals with grace period considerations, and automates communications according to client language and currency preferences. The Problem: Our client, Paramit, encountered challenges in maintaining an efficient document approval process. Their reliance on manual communication and fragmented document storage resulted in delays, misunderstandings, and a lack of transparency. Without a unified system to manage signatory roles, monitor statuses, and automate notifications, companies find it difficult to enforce accountability and make timely decisions. The Solution: A web-based document signing system was created, enabling users to submit multiple PDF documents for approval or review. Users can designate roles (Approver, Reviewer, or Any) for each signatory, receive automated notifications, and monitor signing progress in real-time.
