**CLIENT:** The Stephen James Partnership
**PROJECT SCHEDULE:** Apr 2024 — May 2024
**PROJECT SIZE:** Less than $10,000
**Services Provided:** IT Managed Services, Web Development, Technical Domain Support
Enticeable’s long-term client, The Stephen James Partnership, faced challenges with the deliverability of their primary website and email domain. This issue stemmed from emails landing in junk folders when sent to regular contacts, such as shareholders, candidates, and clients, and invoices sent from their internal system not being delivered. Enticeable first optimized the Partnership's domain DNS settings to enhance delivery and reputation. Following that, they integrated automated payment systems to ensure that invoices sent via email no longer ended up in junk folders. They also provided guidance on setting up policy tags and security measures to reduce spam and junk messages in both their site and internal inboxes.
