Initially starting with a custom CRM, the company swiftly transformed this tool into the central operational system for four national retail chains. From the outset, Enspirit embraced a design-led philosophy, establishing specialized frontend teams and pioneering single-page applications that prioritized intuitive and purposeful user experiences. This foundational approach has driven the creation of over 50 products across diverse sectors, including e-commerce, healthcare, and AI-powered tools. Continuously adapting to technological advancements, Enspirit now focuses on developing AI-native products and enterprise-grade software while nurturing longstanding client relationships established since its founding.

GritWell

Gritwell is a venture-backed virtual health clinic designed to provide personalized, comprehensive care for patients. When they approached Enspirit, they were eager to improve their clinical operations and expand their patient base, but they lacked an adequate technology platform. Their operations relied entirely on email, patient records were maintained in Google Docs, and the care team had no effective method for tracking tasks, follow-ups, or patient treatment progress. The challenge they faced involved both complexity and tight deadlines: developing web, mobile, and progressive web app (PWA) solutions across three interconnected products within a four-month timeframe. Enspirit took on the role of a co-builder rather than a vendor, overseeing product strategy, architecture, design, and engineering from their studio. This allowed the founding team to concentrate on clinical validation, building provider relationships, and fundraising activities. We created a multi-platform wellness solution featuring three integrated products: a patient-facing portal for appointment bookings, intake forms, treatment tracking, and visibility into care plans; a provider back-office for managing patient records, scheduling, treatment, and billing; and real-time connectivity that ensures updates, appointment changes, and care plan adjustments instantaneously reflect on both sides. The minimum viable product (MVP) was launched on time, and Gritwell secured $3 million in their subsequent funding round, with the functioning product serving as the main validation. The platform now earns $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue. Our partnership has lasted over three years, during which we have continued to develop features, enhance provider onboarding tools, and introduce new treatment tracking capabilities. Technologies used include Node.js, React, React Native, MongoDB, PWA, and Webflow. Deliverables included a patient portal (for both web and mobile), a provider back-office, real-time care plan synchronization, appointment scheduling, intake forms, billing, and treatment tracking.

Enterprise travel, redesigned

Deem

Deem ranks among the largest travel management platforms for enterprises globally, catering to over 300 corporate clients, including many Fortune 500 firms. During Enspirit's collaboration with them, the booking process involved 11 steps, the user interface was inconsistent, and users were not returning to the platform. The issues were not merely aesthetic; enterprise travel presents operational challenges such as complex itineraries, enforcement of corporate policies, approval workflows, expense integrations, and accessibility demands that typical consumer travel applications do not face. Each screen needed to accommodate unique real-world scenarios on a large scale. To address these challenges, Enspirit placed a dedicated design and engineering team within Deem's product organization, working together in standups, repositories, and communication channels. Throughout a multi-year partnership, we completely redesigned the platform for both web and mobile, rebuilt the Android and iOS applications from the ground up, and released updates for over 300 enterprise clients. The booking process was streamlined from 11 steps to just 3. Accessibility features were incorporated into the architecture from the outset, achieving WCAG AA+ compliance and satisfying Apple’s specific requirements for customized enterprise deployments without necessitating a rebuild. Booking times decreased from 425 seconds to 127 seconds, and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) rose from 19 to 54. User adoption increased by 47% in the first quarter post-launch. The project garnered over 20 industry accolades in usability and experience categories. Tools utilized included Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Jira. Deliverables included a complete UX redesign, iOS and Android applications, a design system, and a component library, along with WCAG AA+ accessibility compliance.

Marketing Planner Design and Development

Our team developed a marketing automation tool designed to streamline the management of campaigns for hypermarkets in various regions, stores, product categories, and print layouts.
