TEO -The lifestyle banking ecosystem

TEO

The inaugural lifestyle banking ecosystem in Germany was developed in partnership with several leading consultancy companies. Together, we designed a User Interface for the mobile banking app and digital platform TEO. Our goal was to create a mobile experience that retained the lively and playful essence of their brand while attracting a diverse array of customer segments. The most intriguing challenge was to establish a visual identity for a product straddling the line between lifestyle and banking while honoring the core values of Sparda Banks and appealing to a wide audience. Additionally, we developed a product suitable for smartphones and the web, accommodating various operating systems and a diverse user base. Collaborating closely with the development team and COMECO, we employed the AGILE methodology, engaging in 2-week design sprints and maintaining daily communication with both developers and banking experts. This required us to be highly responsive to quickly produce updated designs and iterate based on feedback from clients and end-users.

ADAC - Key Service

ADAC

We created several digital applications that enable individuals in need of assistance—those who find themselves in front of locked doors without a key—to easily and quickly reach reliable key services in their area. The cornerstone of our success was ensuring transparency and usability, while also making the often stressful wait as comfortable as possible. Everyone has likely encountered the anxiety of being locked out, whether due to forgotten or lost keys, and in such scenarios, prompt and competent help is essential, as untrustworthy key emergency services can be common. To enhance clarity, facilitate emergency assistance, and streamline the process, we collaborated with the ADAC to develop a straightforward, dependable, and user-friendly solution, eliminating the need to stand helplessly before closed doors. Our journey began with a pilot project in Munich, where those in need were connected to reputable key services through an ADAC telephone hotline. Following the successful testing phase, we expanded this service to Berlin and Hamburg, allowing users to access reliable providers through a digital platform on the ADAC website. Throughout this process, we developed various applications, both for the customers in need and the local key service partners, fostering quicker and more transparent communication between all parties involved. To ensure excellent usability, we created mock-ups with real customers, employed eye-tracking techniques, and collaborated with psychologists to optimize results. By simulating critical situations, we were also able to incorporate a special emergency tool, delivering a comprehensive user experience package.

HelloFresh - Innovation Hackathon

HelloFresh

Intensive, customer-focused, and enthusiastic: the HelloFresh Hackathon To help HelloFresh shape its future corporate strategy, we organized a Hackathon—a three-day event specifically designed for the company that aligns with its objectives, resources, and culture. The hackathon aimed to facilitate a dynamic exchange of ideas to create market-ready solutions rapidly, all to help HelloFresh reach its full potential. Approximately 100 employees from various departments participated. In addition to developing the concept and planning for the Fresh Farmer Hackathon, ENNO assisted in managing the three workshop days. Our coaches provided guidance and shared their expertise with HelloFresh employees during presentation sessions. User-focused design and effective pitching We centered our sessions with HelloFresh around established methods from ENNO Design. Before the Hackathon, we introduced HelloFresh employees to Design Thinking, Rapid Prototyping, and Speed Pitching techniques. Using these methodologies, we identified and addressed problem statements, efficiently generated customer-centric ideas, and prepared compelling presentations for the final pitch to a jury. We also implemented the Open Space method, which emphasizes participant self-organization, particularly useful during the Marketplace session for idea generation and team building. The four key components were: Input sessions—theoretical groundwork on Design Thinking, Rapid Prototyping, and Speed Pitching to prepare for the event's active phase. Marketplace—initial brainstorming, collaboration, and team formation facilitated by the Open Space method. Hackathon—creation of tangible designs, business models, and prototypes in interdisciplinary teams. Pitch—brief, persuasive presentations of the concepts to a jury, followed by evaluation and an awards ceremony.
