Our client aimed to transform the learning experience for the Flow Blockchain by creating a user-friendly, community-focused educational platform. It was essential for this platform to support multiple languages and allow easy content contributions from community members. Our studio was tasked with designing and developing the platform, which has since become the leading educational resource for the Flow Blockchain. Remarkably, the official Flow website directs individuals seeking blockchain information to our academy. The platform features a wide variety of offerings, including in-depth written courses, video tutorials, a large selection of Cadence code examples for hands-on learning, and a library of applicable code snippets for real-world projects. Moreover, we provide application frameworks in different technologies to streamline project launches, along with educational games that engage users in practical smart contract hacking challenges. Community members helped translate content into Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and Portuguese. By offering a broad spectrum of educational materials and encouraging community involvement, the platform has become an essential resource for those looking to enhance their skills within the Flow Blockchain ecosystem.

CRYPTO KITTIES: ARCADE!

Emerald City Labs

Emerald City, an organization focused on education and development within the Flow Blockchain, conceived an innovative approach for their new educational platform by incorporating gaming elements. Their goal was to captivate students in learning about Flow Blockchain through engaging gameplay. Taking cues from educational games like Crypto Zombies and classic arcade titles, they created "Crypto Kitties: Arcade!" In this game, students go on quests to rescue Crypto Kitties, while also tackling Flow and Cadence coding challenges. The platform features a retro arcade design, blending nostalgic visuals with interactive learning experiences. After designing the game, the next step was to develop the platform. **Key Highlights Developed:** The project made a notable impact on the Flow ecosystem, drawing in over 450 students shortly after its launch. Emerald Labs

FLOAT was already a successful platform when Emerald City reached out for our assistance. With thousands of monthly users, FLOAT had transformed the event attendance experience using cutting-edge NFT technology. However, there was still ample opportunity for enhancement. The user interface was not intuitive and lacked visual appeal. As a result, we were tasked with the exciting challenge of advancing the platform. Our initial action involved a thorough reorganization of the product. We streamlined the entire system into a more simplified and structured format to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. We focused on removing unnecessary steps and ensuring a seamless event creation process (https://floats.city/event-generator). Furthermore, we created an attractive page for collectors to display their FLOATs (https://floats.city/u/jacob), fueling enthusiasm for collecting. Every component of the platform was revamped with a sleek and modern design, emphasizing careful attention to detail. Finally, we completely redeveloped the front end using Svelte and SvelteKit, resulting in clean and efficient code that supports FLOAT’s extensive user base. The project goals were not just achieved but surpassed. Users responded positively to the new design, praising the vastly improved experience. “The FLOAT redesign is stunning.
