Initially, we joined as consultants and led a strategy session with their executive team to pinpoint their fundamental purpose and future vision for youth ministry. Collaboratively, we took strategic steps to update their branding, enhance their online presence, and promote their mission across digital platforms. Despite facing challenges in securing approval from over 20 board members, we successfully maintained the integrity of the organization's 40-year legacy in the new branding.

Website Transformation for Special Needs Nonprofit

Camp Starfish

Challenge Camp Starfish aimed to update their long-standing website to enhance user friendliness on the front end and simplify management on the back end. Our Approach Initially, Camp Starfish only requested a new website design. However, after several consultation sessions, it was decided to undertake a complete brand transformation. Our team quickly adjusted to provide a selection of new logo designs along with a stylescape. This led to a revamped brand featuring fresh colors, simplified typography, and contemporary graphics. We promptly resumed the website design process and remained close to the original schedule. The final website significantly improved the user experience and offered a more intuitive content layout. With a Google PageSpeed score of 94, we successfully created a robust site with excellent performance.
