Over 16 weeks, we developed a custom CRM tailored specifically for a boutique real-estate team, addressing the limitations of generic platforms like Salesforce. Recognizing that traditional CRMs inadequately represented key real estate workflows such as showings, escrow, co-brokers, and closing timelines, we crafted a solution reflecting their authentic processes. Leveraging technologies like Next.js, Postgres, Stripe, and the DocuSign API, we modeled core activities—listings, offers, inspections, and closing—with nightly MLS sync ensuring listings stayed updated effortlessly. Integration with DocuSign centralized contracts within opportunities, enhancing accessibility. Additionally, a client-facing portal transparently guides buyers through their journey while keeping internal notes confidential. This unified system streamlined agent onboarding from weeks to mere days by focusing exclusively on the actual job functions.
