In the end, MiStar aimed to attract more qualified search traffic and boost conversions for their remote platform. To achieve this, EGO created a comprehensive strategy that included search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and continuous improvement initiatives. EGO established a remote support system that enables MiStar’s customers to log in using their name and a meeting ID, prominently featuring this on the website to highlight the MiStar support system. Additionally, EGO designed an app that enables controlled access without requiring a peer on the other side. This approach has not only facilitated MiStar's growth but also reduced fleet expenses. Their new branding is displayed on all trucks and marketing materials to remind clients that help is just a click away. The website receives an average of 800 visits each month and has saved the company hundreds of thousands in fleet costs.

By refreshing the website's design and enhancing it with optimized content, EGO aimed to boost UCT’s search engine rankings. Both our team and the Universal Cutting Tool team believed we could enhance user experience by providing additional features, including access to past order invoices and online applications. EGO created a customized system that enables customers to manage their accounts online. We introduced a monthly sales catalog and a way to display products without requiring extensive involvement from the sales team. Currently, the site attracts more than 500 unique visitors monthly through organic traffic and has sold over 40,000 items online since its launch.

We adopted a software-first strategy and introduced features like Event, Dining, and a recently added pool reservation system that includes a waitlist and lottery. This winter, we will implement text messaging for event and reservation confirmations. The membership directory functions similarly to Facebook, enabling members to connect, share updates, and post photos. We revamped the design to be more user-friendly, incorporating member settings that allow for the hiding of irrelevant categories. Additionally, we developed a targeted email marketing program to address specific groups, reservations, times, events, and committees. EGO served as our comprehensive digital marketing partner, managing everything from routine tasks to critical website functions, including maintenance, updates, tracking, UX/UI design, and lead generation.
