Portfolio

Parking application

Urbo Parking

URBO Parking is a cutting-edge platform designed for smart parking solutions within urban settings. This system consolidates various municipal and private parking services, streamlining the user interface and enhancing accessibility for users. Customers can utilize bank cards, prepaid vouchers, and e-tickets for their convenience. We have implemented modern and secure technologies to meet consumer demands. Initially, the platform utilizes the phone's location to accurately inform users of their area and the associated parking costs. It provides details on parking hours, rates, and maximum permitted duration. Additionally, we introduced features such as push notifications for expired paid time, vehicle retrieval, or a mounting bracket. We have integrated several municipal and private parking systems into a single, cohesive interface that can be accessed through one user profile and banking environment.

Employee scheduling

Kamax

The project involved developing a custom add-on for an existing ERP software to enhance the visualization of technicians' schedules and ease the workload for administrative staff. Initially, we used Google Maps to divide the city into various zones. Within each zone, the settings allowed for the assignment of installer technicians responsible for that area, along with their schedules and details such as customer information, address, product type, contract, and more. The scheduling system included additional features like transport costs, staff details, and log information. Key features of the product included: - A single user account integrated with the ERP solution. - Real-time updates on the order status. - Automated location detection to accurately identify the technicians' zones. - Alerts for any changes in the order status.

Chatbot - viber

Urban mobility center

A refined solution for automating aspects of customer service through a Viber chatbot. This communication channel enables the Viber bot to provide users with information on the latest traffic updates, public transport, parking zones, news, and more. The chatbot allows residents to determine the paid parking zone they're in based on their vehicle's location when parked in the city center. Users can also conveniently use bank cards or deposit funds into their virtual accounts for real-time payments. Key features include: - Relevant real-time updates on public transport services, timetables, ticket purchases, etc. - Automated location detection to accurately identify the parking zone/interface. - Card payment options without any extra fees beyond the designated parking price. - Alerts for expired paid parking, vehicle towing, or clamping. - Quick parking payments through linked bank cards and automatic zone/parking identification. Technologies used include Viber, mobile development, quality assurance, API design and development, and payment processing implementation.
