Subject: The client's main formal requirement was to centralize their data for improved management, seeking a single platform to efficiently supervise and control it. They intended to carefully monitor their GxP projects, necessitating a validated environment where personnel had to receive training. The customer selected eConsulting to implement the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS and Core modules. Scope of work: We began by sending the client a variety of questionnaires to subtly uncover key decisions that would later affect the system. Subsequently, we requested the System Risk Assessment (SRA) and the User Requirement Specification (URS), after which a kick-off meeting took place. During this phase, the client was expected to provide us with scenarios and process descriptions, but they did not have detailed information available. As a result, we offered an additional service: Business Process Alignment. Once that was completed, we moved forward with the implementation. A Validation Workshop was held, which was a crucial session detailing Cornerstone's methodology for maintaining a validated environment. This culminated in a comprehensive report of conclusive agreements that would guide future implementation decisions. We also conducted several Discovery workshops to familiarize the client with Cornerstone's features (such as rules and schemas). Around this time, we developed the Validation Plan, which outlined the system's validation strategy. We then entered the Proof of Concept phase. After several months of work, we initiated the validation phase, creating the Configuration Workbook and planning and executing Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) tests. Result: The implementation took 12 months to complete. Our ongoing partnership is a clear indication of the client's high satisfaction with our services. Our GxP implementation greatly enhanced and streamlined the client's ability to ensure that all mandatory training for specific roles was completed.

Subject: Our client, one of Ukraine's largest trade industrial groups, aimed to implement a Human Capital Management (HCM) system to create a centralized platform for recruiting and onboarding new employees, as well as managing their training, development, and performance evaluation. They collaborated with eConsulting, the leading Cornerstone OnDemand partner in Europe. Scope of Work: The most challenging aspect of the project was aligning business processes. Given the client's involvement in various specialized firms, there was significant variation in their processes. Our objective was to identify shared elements and develop a cohesive system framework. We worked together to create a detailed outline of their key system requirements. After completing the Business Process Alignment (BPA), we moved into the implementation stage. In Phase 1, we successfully deployed four modules: Core, which forms the system's foundation by defining essential functions like user creation, login page design, menu setup, and button configurations; Learning, which acts as a central hub for managing, assigning, automating, and tracking necessary training; Performance, which supports the evaluation of employee performance and the assessment of their objectives; and Recruiting, a system tailored to the client's hiring needs, offering a comprehensive experience from job browsing to signing offer letters. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen events stemming from the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the project was halted at the end of Phase 1 and has not yet resumed. Results: Given the ongoing geopolitical situation and the project's suspension, it is difficult to quantify specific benefits for the client from the implementation. However, our client has expressed great appreciation for several aspects, including our consistent accessibility, quick response times, and adherence to deadlines.

CSOD Release Management Process for a pharma giant

They implemented the Cornerstone system within their organization, specifically in departments that operate in regulated environments. Adhering to compliance standards necessitates keeping the system in a consistently validated condition. Consequently, the client opted to collaborate with the eConsulting team to manage the release process of the CSOD system, guaranteeing that any changes or updates are conducted in a controlled and secure manner. Scope of work: We began by collecting information about the client's validation practices and how they utilize the system. This allowed us to implement a release management process that encompassed both configuration and business use cases. The project involved team members from our CSOD department as well as Validation team members responsible for documentation. The validation phase lasted around six months and aimed to ensure the system met safety standards for the client. Once the project was complete, the client did not have trained personnel to manage this process, prompting them to assign us the task of overseeing their Release Management and Patch Management for CSOD. Over the years, we have been providing the client with insights into best practices for these management processes. As the client gained enough knowledge, they took over the responsibility for Release Management. This collaboration lasted five years and initially involved three active team members from our side, with adjustments made based on project needs. The management of the project transitioned from us fully managing it to the client actively participating. Result: For clients operating in validated environments, maintaining compliance across all systems is crucial. Our involvement rectified the system, ensuring both safety and compliance for the client. They expressed high regard for our professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness throughout the process.
