We developed a new Dock IO® - Shared Tech system that transfers technology from the stations to the bicycles and their software via an electronic lock mounted on each bicycle, which tracks all movements and enables real-time monitoring of every unit. Additionally, we created an app that allows Smod operators to check the status of each lock. Our mobile app, available for both iOS and Android, enables users to view a map of nearby stations and available units while managing their trips. Moreover, we implemented a gamification system that rewards frequent users. We also built a platform with dual capabilities for data analysis, allowing for the understanding of mobility patterns across more than 500 cities and offering dynamic visualizations of transportation behavior within each city. This platform provides insights on trips, stations, units, users, support tickets, and statistics from the intelligent balancing module. Key features include:

Drawing from the challenges identified during the workshop, we conceptualized and created a product tailored to meet the clients' needs while aligning with Banco Municipal's institutional identity. To achieve this, we built a customized platform utilizing high-performance open-source technologies, ensuring an enhanced user experience for every client. The platform is a cloud-based system developed using cutting-edge industry technologies and hosted on a tailored infrastructure for optimal performance and security. It includes a back-office component that allows bank operators to manage web content in real-time via an intuitive, user-friendly interface focused on the user experience. This product is fully scalable and integrates various internal systems within the bank, facilitating coordinated and interoperable management of elements such as messages, appointments, promotions, forms, and documents.
