Our website overhaul for Bill Skinner introduced several enhancements, including a super-fast loading time and smart data collection features. This revamped site represented a significant transformation for the business, as online sales surpassed in-store purchases, becoming the most lucrative revenue stream and contributing to a rapidly growing global brand. Despite Bill Skinner's status as a jeweler for celebrities, with collaborations featuring Vivienne Westwood and appearances in Vogue, plus a few Royal commissions, his products struggled to gain traction online. A sleek rebranding did not yield any improvement, prompting us to examine the website and identify the issues. We discovered that, although the site was visually appealing, it was hindered by poor content management, slow loading times, a lack of mobile optimization, and no analytics capabilities. We then redesigned the website using our Ensemble e-commerce platform, which enabled quicker page load times, greater control over the front end, and a comprehensive dashboard for a quick site overview. This allowed the marketing team to concentrate on promoting the website and its unique jewelry collections across various social media channels, particularly emphasizing Instagram with an "Shop our insta-feed" feature. Brand awareness skyrocketed, with 30% of sales coming from international markets, prompting the opening of three stores in China. Bill Skinner now has a dedicated web team focused on e-commerce, and we continue to support them with digital design and development for this exceptional client. Bespoke Event Management Software

NHS (Health Education England)

The system we developed for the NHS has proven to be highly effective. In just over a year, it has managed more than 400 unique events, accommodated 55,000 guests in a live setting, and automatically dispatched over 150,000 emails, serving over 170 active users. We also prioritized its visual appeal. “Our new platform enables us to plan, host, and book various events, which has greatly saved time and improved staff organization. The system is exceptionally user-friendly, and we’re eager to continue enhancing it with ecce,” said Hester Blackwell Green from Health Education England. To ensure that NHS staff can focus on their crucial work, such as saving lives, a comprehensive training program is in place. This extensive program encompasses a wide range of large and small events and training sessions for all staff levels, including assessments for junior doctors. Therefore, a central system capable of managing large volumes of data was essential for streamlining training and staff certification processes. We created a robust and customizable back-end system that enables staff to organize events (including booking venues, speakers, panelists, inviting attendees, tracking participation, and reporting outcomes), along with a front-end website featuring a login area for attendees to conveniently secure their spots. This site also oversees all event calendars, preventing any double bookings. Despite the technical complexity of the build, the website provides a remarkably user-friendly experience, allowing doctors to schedule their own training sessions, manage their calendars, and save valuable time. We continue to host and oversee the system and hold regular meetings with the client to explore further improvements. The project has been so successful that the website has been expanded to support additional teams across the NHS. Responsive E-Commerce Website

Polar UK

A beautifully crafted website for Polar, a well-established supplier of music and audiovisual equipment, has been designed to seamlessly integrate with their internal business systems. Despite initial doubts about the feasibility, we achieved it. "When we observed Ecce’s performance with e-commerce integration, we knew they were the right partner for us. We utilized Axis Diplomat (their product, client, and order management tool) to create a stunning, responsive website. The back end and front end operate in perfect synchronization, resulting in a highly efficient business that meets the demands of contemporary tech-savvy shoppers.
