Established in 1992 by Jill, a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales, EBS Chartered Accountants was founded with the goal of supporting owner-managed businesses in their accounting needs. Jill personally oversees all client work, applying her extensive experience gained from working with the Big Four firms and her own practice to offer a clear, practical approach. She specializes in helping businesses improve their processes and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in monthly figures and forecasts. Additionally, Jill provides consultancy on structural changes, exit planning, and company closures, guiding clients through legal, tax, and operational challenges during transitions. Outside of work, she values family time and fitness.
