Our project focused on creating an optimized e-commerce platform for a company specializing in the sale of furniture production materials and related services to B2C shops. We began by thoroughly analyzing the market, competitors, and service architecture to streamline the customer decision-making process during shopping. Employing UX best practices, we developed user flows and low-fidelity mock-ups to align the design with both company and user preferences. Enhancements included improved SEO mechanisms and a cohesive visual design using a simple palette of black, white, and orange, which facilitates product discovery and reflects brand identity. Tools like Miro and Figma supported prototyping and brainstorming, ensuring a user-friendly, efficient shopping experience tailored to the furniture industry's unique needs.
