DropSoft

Our company excels in managing projects through a balanced blend of experience, empathy, and well-crafted strategies. We begin by gathering comprehensive details beyond the basic brief and technical specifications, asking targeted questions to understand every facet of the project, as thorough information ensures efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Following this, we meticulously estimate by breaking large tasks into smaller, manageable components, providing transparent assessments for each before outlining the project's overall timeline and cost using accessible tools like Google spreadsheets. Throughout the process, our dedicated account manager acts as a liaison, overseeing team coordination, delivering weekly progress reports, and handling invoicing, ensuring clients are well-informed and priorities are always addressed promptly.
