**Overview** To ensure precise diagnoses and treatments for patients, Health 360 Labs, located in California, offers a wider range of tests with more analytes than most laboratories. Their expertise spans various fields, such as infectious diseases, pharmacogenetics, blood wellness, toxicology, and more. Their all-encompassing testing services provide a range of facilities that set them apart from other healthcare labs. They also prioritize easy access to results and are in the process of integrating their software with various EHRs and EMRs so that users can view patient information seamlessly. **Client's Challenges** Health 360 Laboratories is committed to delivering the highest quality lab testing and treatments to their clients, even outside regular hours. However, they found themselves overwhelmed by back-office responsibilities, such as benefit and payment verifications, while striving to maintain excellent service standards. **Solutions we delivered** Health 360 Labs faced a heavy workload with demanding and resource-intensive tasks essential for business operations and client satisfaction. To alleviate this, they sought assistance from Dotcomsourcing Inc. through our Staff Augmentation services. We initiated the recruitment process by searching our database for candidates that matched the job specifications provided by Health 360 Labs. After a final interview with Health 360 Laboratories, suitable candidates were selected. Consequently, these newly hired remote workers seamlessly integrated with the client's internal team. Previously, the internal staff often had difficulty managing walk-in patients while reaching out to medical providers simultaneously. Now, they can concentrate on delivering outstanding medical services, as the augmented virtual team efficiently handles the more tedious tasks.
