Complete Case Study: Fazenda Praia do Forte - Description: How do we create a brand that embodies history, sunshine, sand, sea, and the essence of being in the best place in Brazil? This question guided us in developing the branding initiative for Fazenda Praia do Forte, a real estate venture situated in Bahia, Brazil, just steps away from paradise. We transformed old recycled warehouses into a project that honors the features of traditional rural architecture, utilizing simple and rustic materials typical of the region's construction style, along with strict guidelines for coexistence and environmental respect. We gained a profound insight into both the client and the project, resulting in a brand proposal that aims to convey the full range of feelings and values associated with this location: a perfect blend of tranquility, harmony with nature, deep respect for culture and history, and unparalleled housing quality. The brand design is founded on these ideas, featuring a serif typeface with organic qualities and elements from the local flora, aligning with the surrounding environment. The visual identity incorporates a color palette inspired by the Fazenda's natural elements, along with illustrations of the native flora and fauna by watercolor artist Mariano Arteaga, textures, backgrounds, and additional elements that create a cohesive graphic aesthetic that resonates with nature. We refined its brand strategy, supported its positioning, and effectively conveyed its value proposition.
