**INTRO** Papaya Global is a renowned global payroll company that caters to thousands of clients around the world. Although they rank among the top technology firms globally, their website was outdated and required a redesign that effectively communicated their brand narrative and showcased their status as a leading tech entity. After receiving a recommendation from a previous client, Papaya Global approached us with concerns about their homepage animations, recognizing the need for a specialized team to tackle this project. Development needed to be conducted concurrently with the design phase. To illustrate our capabilities, we created a proof of concept (POC) showcasing the desired functionality on a small section of the homepage, which ultimately secured our collaboration. **THE SOLUTION** Careful planning and technical evaluation: We commenced by examining the various pages through an "atomic design" lens to determine the best development approach from a comprehensive perspective. A timeline was established to manage the challenge of phased design delivery, given that not all design elements were ready from the start. This strategy enabled concurrent development and design work without delays. GreenSock (GSAP) animation library: We utilized GSAP for the intricate homepage animations to reduce browser discrepancies and significantly expedite the project timeline. We also set up a strong migration infrastructure capable of transferring new content throughout different phases of the project, allowing us to postpone any content freeze on the client's side until just a week before the launch. Prioritization was essential during the analysis phase to ensure we addressed all stakeholder feedback. We pinpointed areas of the site that were likely to generate responses and require more iterations, delivering these updates promptly. After collecting input from various stakeholders, we prioritized the feedback and collaborated with them until we reached an agreement.

INTRO Playtika is a leading global player and innovator in the realms of social and mobile gaming. Since its inception in 2010, the company has significantly influenced the online gaming landscape and boasts a wide array of games in its portfolio. Currently, Playtika employs 3,700 individuals, handles over nine terabytes of data each day, and has more than 34 million monthly active users. When the company chose to undergo a rebranding effort, a major focus was on completely overhauling its website. A key objective was to enhance the employer brand and utilize the website as a recruitment tool to attract potential candidates, gather applications, and showcase open positions from their internal systems. The project needed to be finished in just four weeks, so we promptly got to work. SOLUTION To ensure we achieved a successful outcome within the tight deadline, we implemented two essential strategies: 1. JAMStack Architecture: This approach enabled the team to accelerate development, allowing us to meet the project's high compliance standards and complete it effectively. 2. Teamwork: By closely collaborating with Playtika and the UX agency, we formed a highly effective Agile team. We employed a proactive method with one-week sprints, which helped us maintain progress and ensure timely delivery of the project.

To differentiate itself in a crowded marketplace, Twist required a comprehensive marketing website to establish its position as an industry leader and to serve as the primary generator of leads for the company. THE SOLUTION Three key elements contributed to the smooth execution of this project: proper technological choices, an optimized delivery process, and top-notch support services. Technology Twist selected Drupal as its content management system after an in-depth evaluation by their R&D team, concluding that Drupal offered the best scalability, performance, compliance, and back-end management solutions. The website’s front end employs a semi-decoupled architecture, utilizing a template engine (Twig) for some sections and VueJS with REST API for others. Delivery Process To guarantee high-quality outputs, we developed a comprehensive process that covers all facets of project management and development while minimizing overhead. Our project management strategy employs Agile methodology, incorporating sprints with clearly defined scopes and timelines, along with various managerial meetings—daily, weekly, and retrospective sessions. We utilize Jira to integrate this approach and have set up a mature CI/CD pipeline that automates processes as much as possible, including unit and integration testing and releases, to reduce human error. Support Service We established a multi-tiered support system to quickly address and resolve technical issues. A 24/7 support team is on hand, along with an automated testing process that notifies the team when intervention is required.
