Web Design & Development for vehicle accessories
The reasons for wanting a new website can vary significantly from one business to another. For a family-owned small to medium-sized enterprise that relies entirely on e-commerce sales, the importance of executing the project correctly and attracting visitors to the new site is crucial. Two brothers have successfully built their business and are committed to sustaining their growth. They were referred to DNA by a manufacturing consultant from Huddersfield University. Their company, Vandalised, generates 80% of its business from eBay, so their goal was to develop a website that would 1) rank well in Google’s organic searches and 2) have an appealing design to attract customers. Our deliverables included: 1) A fresh website design that captures not only the products but also the lifestyle of the users. Many camper van owners are enthusiastic about their vehicles, and we aimed to reflect that connection on the site, showing that Vandalised understands and caters to the needs of these owners. 2) Revamped Photography Our photography team made multiple visits to capture images of the products in context, showcasing Vandalised products in a local setting with real people, rather than just in a distant warehouse. 3) A new company logo The old logo was replaced with a modern design that aligns closely with the VW brand, which is central to much of Vandalised’s offerings. The design also ensured that online searches for the company name included ‘S’ instead of ‘Z’, to avoid confusion with the former logo. What was the outcome? If you search for "campervan contour carpet" on Google, you'll find the website on the first page within just three weeks. Our developers focus on optimizing for Google, leading to quick results. Sales have increased already, although there’s still more progress to be made. With ongoing social media marketing and organic SEO efforts, we're collaborating closely with the client to achieve their goals.
