Kemper

**About Kemper** The Kemper family of companies stands out as one of the top specialized insurers in the country. With around $13 billion in assets, Kemper is enhancing the insurance sector by offering affordable, user-friendly, and personalized solutions for individuals, families, and businesses through its Auto, Personal Insurance, and Life brands. **Project Goal** Kemper was utilizing a claims processing system that required considerable manual effort from their agents when evaluating insurance claims. The solution also needed to accommodate the varying ways different states managed insurance claims, considering current regulations and being scalable for any future standards. Moreover, all information transfers had to conform to ACORD data standards for insurance companies, enabling Kemper to maintain its leadership in the insurance industry. **Our Approach** **Results**
