AI-Powered Health Assistant Mobile App - BioBnk

BioBnk

We developed a comprehensive mobile app that simplifies complex lab results into understandable health insights using AI technology. This app is designed for the HealthTech sector, encompassing all stages from initial discovery to final deployment. The issue at hand: regular users often find medical lab results perplexing. BioBank sought a solution that could make these results clear, actionable, and secure without necessitating a doctor visit for every inquiry. The app needed to manage sensitive medical information responsibly while providing a smooth, conversational user experience. Our approach involved overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, market analysis, UX/UI design, AI development, and deployment on AWS. Users can upload their lab reports in PDF or image format, which are then processed through structured data extraction. An AI health assistant interprets the results, offering straightforward explanations and personalized recommendations, while also addressing follow-up questions in an ongoing conversational format. Throughout the process, we implemented medical safety protocols to ensure responsible AI usage. The outcomes:

3 AI Agents for EdTech Platform - EduLens

EduLens

Developed three production AI agents for a learning management system: a student chatbot, a video summarization and quiz generation tool, and an interactive learning assistant. The platform currently accommodates over 180,000 students. The challenge faced by EduLens included a surge in support requests, video content that was difficult to study, and the necessity to expand AI-driven learning without incurring excessive infrastructure costs. They required multiple integrated AI solutions that were cost-effective and capable of supporting a swiftly increasing student population. The solution involved designing and creating three unique AI agents, each addressing a specific issue: the architecture was optimized for cost, utilizing caching and single-execution logic for identical queries to manage API expenses at scale. White Label E-Commerce Platform + AI + AR

Athkado

We established a long-term collaboration with a Saudi software company that involved white-label development, creating a comprehensive AI and AR-enabled furniture e-commerce platform, and conducting product discovery sessions for various startup concepts. The Challenge: Athkado required three key elements simultaneously: a dependable white-label development partner to execute projects under their brand for their clients, the complete creation of an AI and AR-integrated furniture e-commerce platform, and strategic insights on several startup ideas prior to allocating development resources. The Solution: We positioned ourselves as Athkado's comprehensive product partner through three types of engagements: A. White-Label Development: Delivering full web and mobile projects under Athkado's branding, along with a complete NDA and IP transfer. Our involvement remains undisclosed to the end clients. B. E-Commerce + AI + AR: Providing end-to-end support for the furniture platform, including market research, product discovery, UX/UI design, development of an AI recommendation system, and AR features enabling customers to visualize furniture in their own spaces before purchasing. C. Product Discovery Sprints: Strategizing for various startup concepts through market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility assessments, delivering recommendations on whether to build, pivot, or shelve ideas before committing to development resources.
