Despite having a well-established brand in the market, Colgate's online presence was lacking, particularly with its primary website, which had considerable potential for search engine optimization. For example, the product information was sparse, strategic keywords were not effectively utilized, the website interface was not optimized, and there were numerous content and interface errors. After conducting research, we identified 175 keywords for products and 1,058 keywords for categories and blogs. Furthermore, we created additional content aimed at boosting traffic. As a result, we generated 7,000 visits from one Top 1 keyword and 4,200 visits from one Top 4 keyword. Additionally, organic traffic increased by 20,000 over the past six months.

Full-scale Optimization for Facebook Fanpage

Soju Korice's social media following did not correspond with its offline sales, prompting the brand to seek our help to enhance its online presence and boost sales. The limited number of followers and reach could be attributed to several issues: fragmented content posting, an inconsistent page theme, and failure to connect with the appropriate target audience. Consequently, a digital integrated marketing communication strategy was necessary to optimize the page. We began by analyzing the food and beverage market along with Soju Korice's competitors, utilizing both primary research and secondary sources. Our findings revealed that, while Soju's competitors had a strong online presence with well-developed websites and fan pages, they had not invested in innovative approaches to leverage the surge in online shopping post-pandemic. This insight led us to implement a mini-game event alongside a thoroughly optimized posting schedule, as mini-games were particularly effective for driving engagement during the pandemic. Additionally, we launched a Facebook paid advertising campaign to attract more participants to the mini-game. The results were impressive: monthly revenues exceeded $20,000—a 138% increase within two months of our collaboration. The engagement rate also exceeded our initial expectations, soaring by over 160%. Moreover, the sales turnover relative to the marketing budget remained within 19%, helping us meet the yearly KPI.
