WANDBstore is a Russian brand that offers fashionable and contemporary plus-size women's clothing. Its product lines feature limited-edition outerwear as well as business and casual attire. The brand's target audience is relatively niche, making it challenging to reach them effectively through standard online advertising tactics. Here are the solutions we implemented: 1. **Brand Awareness Campaign**: In the initial phase, we focused on expanding our audience. We utilized Facebook and Instagram ads targeted specifically at women interested in Plus Size fashion and “Beauty.” Additionally, we created lookalike audiences based on users who engaged with WANDBstore posts on social media and watched at least 95% of one video in the past 180 days. 2. **Conversion Campaigns**: Individuals who clicked on ads, liked posts, or commented on them were classified as a warmer audience. This group also included visitors to the store’s website who did not make a purchase or add items to their cart. We further segmented the audience from the client's website and those who engaged with social media posts into smaller categories. 3. **Product Feed Campaigns**: To promote higher-priced or promotional items, we implemented product feed campaigns, displaying a carousel of products on Facebook and Vkontakte to users who had previously interacted with the site. Construction Chemicals Plant

Our client operates a sizable plant for construction chemicals and is also involved in the restoration of architectural landmarks and UNESCO World Heritage sites. Therefore, their reputation is a crucial intangible asset. Due to an NDA, we cannot disclose the client’s name, but we are happy to share details of a successful project. **OBJECTIVES** Over an 8-month period, we aim to enhance brand awareness, cultivate a positive online reputation, and monitor any negative mentions about the company. The tools we will use include the Brand Analytics reputation monitoring system, managing negative reviews, SEO strategies, guest blogging, crowd marketing, and engagement on forums. **SOLUTION** The project is divided into five tasks, detailed below. Notably, the client will handle all social media management internally. **RESULT** We will provide a chart reflecting the changes in search results using a WAS – BECAME format. Over the 8 months, brand awareness has increased significantly, with mentions rising by over 12 times, totaling more than 70 as calculated manually, excluding the client's own posts from the data. Each week, there were up to 10 new discussions initiated by brand advocates on forums. A positive reputation is reflected in search results at a rate of 99%. While the discussions include only positive messages, they also encompass neutral content, as a true representation of the situation will naturally include a variety of perspectives, not solely praise.
