Targeted Advertising for a Plus-Size clothing

WANDBstore

WANDBstore is a Russian brand that offers fashionable and contemporary plus-size women's clothing. Its product lines feature limited-edition outerwear as well as business and casual attire. The brand's target audience is relatively niche, making it challenging to reach them effectively through standard online advertising tactics. Here are the solutions we implemented: 1. **Brand Awareness Campaign**: In the initial phase, we focused on expanding our audience. We utilized Facebook and Instagram ads targeted specifically at women interested in Plus Size fashion and “Beauty.” Additionally, we created lookalike audiences based on users who engaged with WANDBstore posts on social media and watched at least 95% of one video in the past 180 days. 2. **Conversion Campaigns**: Individuals who clicked on ads, liked posts, or commented on them were classified as a warmer audience. This group also included visitors to the store’s website who did not make a purchase or add items to their cart. We further segmented the audience from the client's website and those who engaged with social media posts into smaller categories. 3. **Product Feed Campaigns**: To promote higher-priced or promotional items, we implemented product feed campaigns, displaying a carousel of products on Facebook and Vkontakte to users who had previously interacted with the site. Due to the impact of quarantine, we experienced a shift in seasonal trends, leading to a sales peak in July, which is typically a slower period. Given that the brand offers limited collections, we promptly disabled ads for sold-out products and updated them with items that were still available, as noted by Alexey Taranov, CEO of DigitalMust. 4. **Scaling and Global Campaign Launch**: We initiated the promotion of the brand's global account in July 2020 in preparation for expanding sales in Europe. **Results**: We successfully increased both the number of orders and the overall sales with a 20% conversion rate across all advertising channels.

How to Increase Brand Awareness for 8 Months

Construction Chemicals Plant

Our client operates a sizable plant for construction chemicals and is also involved in the restoration of architectural landmarks and UNESCO World Heritage sites. Therefore, their reputation is a crucial intangible asset. Due to an NDA, we cannot disclose the client’s name, but we are happy to share details of a successful project. **OBJECTIVES** Over an 8-month period, we aim to enhance brand awareness, cultivate a positive online reputation, and monitor any negative mentions about the company. The tools we will use include the Brand Analytics reputation monitoring system, managing negative reviews, SEO strategies, guest blogging, crowd marketing, and engagement on forums. **SOLUTION** The project is divided into five tasks, detailed below. Notably, the client will handle all social media management internally. **RESULT** We will provide a chart reflecting the changes in search results using a WAS – BECAME format. Over the 8 months, brand awareness has increased significantly, with mentions rising by over 12 times, totaling more than 70 as calculated manually, excluding the client's own posts from the data. Each week, there were up to 10 new discussions initiated by brand advocates on forums. A positive reputation is reflected in search results at a rate of 99%. While the discussions include only positive messages, they also encompass neutral content, as a true representation of the situation will naturally include a variety of perspectives, not solely praise.

Targeted Advertising for a Children’s Game Park

Kidzania

We discuss strategies to triple ticket sales for a children's educational and amusement park through focused advertising efforts. Kidzania is a global network of such parks, where kids can explore over 100 professions in an engaging manner, ranging from firefighters to perfumers. One of these parks is situated in the Aviapark shopping center in Moscow. **Project Overview** The primary audience for this project is children, but ticket purchases are mainly made by adults, such as parents or guardians who often buy park visits as gifts. **Tasks** - **Timeline:** May 2019 – March 2020 - **Tools Used:** Contextual advertising (search and YAN), targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Vkontakte, in addition to media ads on YouTube. **Solution Steps** 1. **Audit of Current Campaigns:** We reviewed existing contextual advertising campaigns and identified several errors. 2. **Revise Contextual Campaign Strategy:** We restructured ad groups to ensure they displayed consistently and that there were adequate impressions for all queries. Additionally, we divided the audience that visited the client’s website and engaged with social media posts into smaller segments. 3. **Launch Media Campaigns:** We initiated media campaigns on YouTube and targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Vkontakte. **Results**
