About the Team

OUR STORY

Digital Scientists was founded in 2007 by Bob Klein on a simple conviction: companies need a partner who helps them work out *what* to build, not just a team that builds what it is told. The studio works alongside its clients to discover opportunities and validate them, and turns twenty next year.

Turnils by Hunter Douglas

Unknown

Turnils, a prominent distributor of parts for custom window coverings, sought an innovative smart blind and window shade solution that could link to a homeowner's mobile device via Bluetooth. They partnered with us to redesign the user experience for smart shades and Bluetooth pairing, while also exploring how to best merge a new mobile application with hardware that was still being developed. Through a collaborative effort with Turnils team members globally, we developed a unified and engaging app experience that could be customized for each of Turnils' customers.

Star Leasing

Unknown

Star Leasing, a nationwide truck leasing firm, approached us with the need for a minimum viable product (MVP) mobile app that would allow drivers to send service requests straight from the roadside without needing to contact a dispatcher. Our aim was to create a straightforward and user-friendly experience that could be easily downloaded on both iOS and Android platforms. With just a few taps, drivers could promptly request emergency roadside assistance, check maintenance schedules, and receive real-time updates on fleet information.
