Project Overview: The aim was to develop a WordPress website that serves as a summary of the current business while incorporating various features. These features included PetsOnTapp, a multifunctional app designed for pet owners to manage their pets' health; Pet Educate, which provides an easy-to-understand summary and directs users to trustworthy online resources; Pet Connect, which helps users efficiently locate different pet service providers in Hong Kong; and an online store for PetsOnTapp merchandise. Design Approach: We began the website development by researching service design and collaborating with the client to outline the user journey and behavior, ensuring the design aligned with the client's goals. After completing the research, we created four different options for the homepage and developed a mood board to capture the client's preferences. Once the homepage was finalized, we designed the rest of the site to be straightforward and elegant, enhancing user experience and ensuring the information presented was clear and easy to digest. What We Liked About This Project: As pet owners and dog enthusiasts ourselves, we fully appreciated and related to the demand for such a product in the market.

Project Overview: The task involved creating a WordPress website from the ground up. The previous site was slow and not well-designed, prompting the need for a modern appearance that maintained elements of the original design but enhanced its overall quality. The new website needed to be bilingual in English and French while preserving the existing SEO initiatives. Design Approach: The project commenced in February 2021, where we analyzed the original website's design and explored comparable designs. We conducted thorough research on similar competitors to ensure that the design was both functional and aligned with the client's vision. After completing our research, we presented four homepage design options, combined with a mood board to capture the client’s preferences. Following the finalization of the homepage design, we developed the remaining layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile views. A new appointment booking feature was integrated to facilitate better direct contact with the company. We continue to provide maintenance services and have established a strong relationship with the client. What We Liked About This Project: We appreciated the opportunity to work on a sleek and efficient design. The client was very engaged and played a significant role in refining the overall look and feel.

Despite being a small business with a limited budget, TTP Consulting aimed for their website to effectively compete with others in their industry.
