Digital Divide Data (DDD) was founded in 2001 with a mission to empower youth worldwide through education and sustainable employment. Believing in boundless talent and equal opportunity, DDD pioneered impact sourcing by bringing tech skills and fair-wage jobs to underserved Asian communities. The organization's innovative work-study approach trains and employs individuals, delivering high-quality ITO/BPO services globally. In 2011, DDD expanded to Kenya, launching an AWS Cloud Center to equip youth with advanced IT skills, and in 2014, began supporting U.S. veterans with training and employment opportunities. Over 25 years, DDD has positively impacted 7,000 youth, substantially increasing their lifetime earnings.
