We were assigned by WEEE-RecycleIT to enhance their current methods for sorting and collecting assets. We received extensive information to develop a system that supports a more efficient process and improves their customer database. This system was built from the ground up using well-known frameworks like AngularJS for a distinctive frontend experience and Laravel for backend functionalities. We created an easy-to-navigate web application that consolidates all client information and allows management of collection dates. Together, we designed a straightforward user interface to ensure the platform was user-friendly for their staff. We created mockups for the UI and user flow, incorporating step-by-step guides for setting up clients and collections. Additionally, we collaborated closely with the Microsoft Graph API, adapting it to facilitate the addition of collection appointments to the appropriate calendars. If any event needed modification, the system would utilize the Graph API to update the necessary details and attachments. Ultimately, to grant WEEE-RecycleIT full autonomy over their system, we included various administration controls so that our intervention would not be needed.

Billing Better approached us with a proposal to enable partnered letting agents to sell the Billing Better platform to their tenants. The system needed to facilitate seamless integration with both the Internal API and feature a clear and user-friendly Partner Portal for tracking, assigning, and managing orders. The project emphasized providing partners with a positive experience by offering accessible and up-to-date information within the command centers. Throughout the development, we were given the flexibility to plan the system architecture and recommend improvements as we progressed. We utilized Vue.js alongside Laravel to maximize frontend interactions for users. The solution for this system had already been defined by both Billing Better and DigiDrip, with key components laid out: the portal was designed in two parts. First, we needed to establish a user flow for the onboarding process of each partner. Collaborating closely with Billing Better, we were given designs and had detailed discussions about its functionality—the user flow featured a dedicated page for each partner, complete with their logo during onboarding. The portal then allowed registered partners to log into their customized dashboards to view and track their current orders. Additionally, it offered the capability to invite team members or additional letting agents. Finally, we developed an API to enable partners to later integrate the platform into their own software. Building on the established foundations was straightforward. We aimed to incorporate all possible actions a partner could take on the portal into the API, successfully facilitating tasks such as creating orders and adding tenants!
