About the Team

OUR STORY

Kin Home stands as a frontrunner in residential solar installation, supporting approximately 150 sales representatives across the nation with cutting-edge solutions. Facing setbacks due to an inefficient software called Enerflow, their sales team's productivity and morale were impacted. Recognizing the need for change, Kin Home partnered with Devvco to develop a custom sales application within a challenging six-month window. Collaborating closely with Kin Home's leadership, Devvco crafted an innovative tool enhancing efficiency by streamlining workflows, tracking key metrics, and ensuring data integrity through real-time features like leaderboards. This new solution was warmly embraced by sales staff and managers, boosting enthusiasm and participation. Devvco continues to support and expand the platform, reinforcing Kin Home's commitment to delivering quality and fostering growth in residential solar sales.

EQometer - Emotional Intelligence Platform

LeaderFactor

Devvco's creativity shines through with the development of EQometer, an advanced self-assessment tool for emotional intelligence. Aimed at fostering innovation within large corporate teams, EQometer offers employees critical insights into enhancing their emotional intelligence. This effective tool facilitates thorough self-assessments and provides tailored learning pathways based on each individual's results. Additionally, it motivates employees to monitor their progress by allowing them to retake assessments every 60 days. During EQometer's development, we utilized state-of-the-art technologies such as React, Node, and PostgreSQL. A significant hurdle we faced was the dynamic rendering of custom SVG charts in the Results Summary, which we addressed by rendering the charts on the server side to ensure they were compatible with all browsers, including Internet Explorer, a necessity for many enterprise clients. Since its introduction, EQometer has been widely embraced by major corporations globally, helping LeaderFactor grow from $1 million to $5 million in annual recurring revenue. The Manager of Product Development and Strategy at LeaderFactor has stated, "We have been extremely pleased with the outcome of the EQometer platform… This is the leading tool in our industry, and DevvcoLabs made this possible for us."

4 Stages of Emotional Intelligence Platform

LeaderFactor

Devvco's innovative digital solutions are highlighted by the Four Stages of Psychological Safety, a team-based survey tool that anonymously provides insights into team inclusion and safety. This tool promotes a safe, inclusive, and productive work atmosphere, greatly enhancing overall team performance. To address the complexities of user permissions and visibility, accommodating companies of various sizes and organizational structures, we developed a solution that has met our customers' needs effectively over the past three years. Since its launch, the Four Stages app has demonstrated remarkable success and reliability, maintaining stability at scale with Enterprise clients globally. LeaderFactor has successfully onboarded hundreds of Fortune 500 clients without any service interruptions. Timothy R. Clark, CEO of LeaderFactor, praised our efforts, stating, "The technology that DevvcoLabs helped us create has played a crucial role in our success."

Solar Sales Field App

Kin Home

Devvco partnered with Kin Home to create a tailored application designed to revolutionize the operations of their sales team, which comprises 150 members. Our skilled engineers in the U.S. integrated numerous complex features to optimize the sales process, including in-home pre-approvals, lending integrations, and project management. A notable accomplishment was the successful integration of the application with Quickbase, Sales Rabbit, and Aurora, which significantly improved the sales team’s operational efficiency and enhanced the customer experience. Close collaboration with Kin Home's leadership was crucial in upholding high standards throughout the development process. We effectively addressed specific needs and ensured that the application was perfectly aligned with Kin Home's brand, surpassing the team's expectations.
