We developed a native iOS application dedicated to stable management and horse care. The project progressed from an initial idea to a successful minimum viable product (MVP), which underwent beta testing and received funding for the next version. The client is a technology company based in Minnesota that focuses on software solutions for the equestrian sector. This falls within the realms of Equestrian Tech, Pet Care, and Management Software as a Service (SaaS). The Challenge: Traditional methods of stable management often resulted in disorganization, known as "clipboard chaos." Horse owners, barn managers, and support staff (such as groomers, trainers, and veterinarians) depended on physical bulletin boards, paper records, and disjointed messaging threads. The client aimed to: 1. Replace outdated paper routines with a cohesive digital platform. 2. Develop a tool for transparent scheduling of tasks, training, and animal care. 3. Facilitate effective communication between horse owners and facility staff. Telecommunications Media Provider in Middle East

A thorough overhaul of an aging streaming ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV) for a major telecom provider. This project included a complete redesign of the user interface and user experience, a strategic change of streaming suppliers, and a transition to a modular architecture. These changes significantly improved playback stability and sped up the rollout of new features. Client: A prominent national Telecommunications and Media Company in the Middle East. Industry: Telecommunications / OTT Streaming / Entertainment. The Challenge: The client manages a large TV service that offers live linear channels, an extensive VOD library (including movies, series, and children's content), and catch-up features. However, their outdated mobile and TV applications were encountering serious problems: • Performance Issues: The current streaming vendor was unreliable, causing buffering and reduced quality. • Old User Experience: The interface was behind that of modern competitors, complicating content discovery. • Legacy Framework: The codebase was convoluted and fragile, making it nearly impossible to resolve bugs (such as critical authentication problems on Apple TV) or introduce new features without disrupting existing ones. A thorough redesign and user experience enhancement of the Apple CarPlay integration for a prominent global audio streaming service. Over six months, we improved playback stability, simplified navigation, and addressed significant synchronization problems, leading to a better driving experience for millions of users. Client: A top digital audio aggregator located in North America. Industry: Media & Entertainment / Music Streaming. The Challenge: Despite having a large user base, the CarPlay experience was plagued by technical liabilities and usability issues.
