The Company has a decade of experience, and as time has progressed, more opportunities for larger projects have emerged. To keep up, MTSAB needed to acquire additional equipment, larger machinery, and hire more personnel, primarily in blue-collar roles. This expansion brought new challenges that the Company had to address efficiently and cost-effectively. The entire project was completed within four weeks of the initial on-site analysis workshop. The resulting solution meets all business needs and requirements while providing a modern user experience that is easy for new employees to learn. This innovation has greatly reduced the time and effort needed for project management and human resources. The Common Data Service securely organizes all data, including images. It was advised that the Company purchase up to 100 PowerApps Per-App licenses for each user accessing the two PowerApps applications, with each license costing approximately 88 SEK per user per month. Additionally, users requiring PowerBI reports need an extra license for PowerBI Pro, which also costs around 88 SEK per user per month. However, the return on investment (ROI) was realized by the third month of using this solution—comparing the costs of Developico and the necessary licenses to the previously used third-party vendor's solution. When considering all benefits, including less quantifiable factors like time saved, the overall ROI could be achieved even sooner. After a month of implementation, the client sought additional features such as localization for Swedish and a historical view of submitted hours in the Time Reporting Application.

FIRETECH is organized into various departments that provide specialized fire protection and engineering services. Previously, service technicians and construction workers documented inspection results and records using printed forms that the office prepared. During the pandemic, the process of physically exchanging these documents became even more cumbersome due to the need for office visits and in-person interactions. To facilitate daily operations, we developed three main applications. The success of these apps has inspired employees to explore new ways to utilize them. To further streamline the management of our app ecosystem, we established a centralized HUB for all projects, allowing easy navigation of the available applications.
